Love the whole Shroedinger's Grace thing the fandom has going on. Like, obviously we all love a good angsty contemplation of the many years Rocky will have to live after Grace dies of old age, but also, obviously eating taumoeba or repeated exposure to xenonite dramatically extends human lifespans somehow.

Grace is simultaneously dead at 85 after undergoing the normal human ageing process (exacerbated by higher gravity) and still going strong at 326. We only know for certain when any given fic writer collapses the wave function.

this pride month has really sucked for me lmao. i had to quit my good-paying full time job last month due to personal safety from a transphobic employee there. i only have two shifts a week at my other part-time job and haven't been called back for any jobs I've applied for. on top of that, my bf's car (our only personal transportation) broke down today.

we're really really behind on bills on top of all of this. my bf is working 50+ hours a week and it's still not enough to get out of the negatives.

if anyone could help me out at least with some grocery and bill money for the time being until I find something else/get full time hours back at my other job, that would be like, really awesome and would end my pride month on a higher note lol ❤️

hrmmmmm i've seen a lot of people complaining lately that this site is so dead compared to tumblrs past and gee when every post on the reblog things site has, on average, at least 3-5x less reblogs than likes.....well. funny how that works.

case in point btw. these are all on art pieces in the phm fandom I believe (I’ve taken so many screenshots I forgot where they’re all from) and they have absolutely abysmal reblog/like ratios, for seemingly no reason. likes have slightly more use on this site than they used to (with features like “based on your likes”, etc), but all in all are exceptionally useless in helping posts gain traction compared to reblogs.

if you like a post, reblog it! it’s that simple.

(also, you’ll notice that even the posts with the worst ratios still have a couple thousand reblogs. that’s because it’s basically impossible to spontaneously find a post with reblogs lower than that, unless it’s from someone you follow or in a tag you’re perusing. please reblog things!!!)
