Exactly one year ago, my life has changed. My grandma whom I've grown to love so much from being her caregiver, passed away on this day. It was also the day that I vowed to myself that I would make her proud by becoming a nurse. I miss her everyday, but everyday it gets easier because I've found my motivation in life. Grandma...I'm almost there! Just a few more classes and waiting, then I'll be able to apply for nursing school! I will be sure to make you proud...I love you!! 👵🏼❤️ #grandma #oneyearanniversary

We didn't have a lot of food in the house and I really wanted tacos after seeing all the cinco de mayo posts...so I made my own: Fish sticks, a little tartar sauce, lettuce, and homemade salsa (canned pineapple, tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, and chipotle seasoning)...I'd say this is wayyyyy better than the restaurant ones 😂🌮 #fishtaco
