After so long, you finally feel like you are safe

You agreed with Alastor that the both of you should move back into his old place

It was practically a mansion in the middle of a forest with not a soul around, a perfect place to enjoy the peacefulness with a good book in hand

As stated in your deal, Alastor was to protect you no matter what in exchange for your loyalty and obedience

He was slowly making you into a perfect stay at home wife

You would clean, cook, take care of him and his clothes and do all those mundane things to take care of the house and its residents

As you were prohibited from venturing further than 500 meters from the mansion (which wasn’t a problem since your paranoia mainly prevented you from even venturing outside at all), Alastor was the only one whom could get into the city, so he was in change of shopping be it for food, or your clothes

Using this to his advantage, he started buying you clothes similar in style to what women wore during his time alive

Personality wise, you were already a perfect partner in his eyes

Even without the contract you were reserved, submissive, obedient and never have you raised your tone at him, nor have you been aggressive towards him in any way shape or form

After weeks holed up at Alastor’s place, you started developing something similar to a Stockholm syndrome

Of course in your mind, you weren’t a captive but seeing as he is the only source of socialization, you would miss him tremendously whenever he had to visit the Hazbin Hotel to discuss whatever matters with Charlie

You became overly clingy and constantly wanted his attention when he was at home

You’d wrap your arms around his hand and rest your head on his shoulder, just enjoying the fact you were able to be with him and he loved every second of the attention you were giving him

Soon, you also started developing romantic feelings for said deer demon and would drop small hints

Alastor, being quite intellectually superior to most picked up on them sooner than later and would be honestly surprised at how perfectly his plan worked out without him even having to do anything more than leave for a few hours only to have you stick to him like glue

He decided to court you, as a proper gentleman should

He would get you flowers and extravagant gifts daily, shower you with compliments, cater to your every whim, and show you lots of affection

If you were feeling up to it, he’ll take you out on the most romantic date of your life

If you don’t (probably because of your paranoia) he’ll bring the date to you, serenading you while you two are having a candle lit dinner at the porch of his mansion with flower petals scattered all around you and a single rose on the table

It would be virtually impossible not to completely fall in love with him at that point

Despite his hatred for post 30’s technology (especially for televisions because of Vox), he’ll purchase a TV just so you two can watch movies together

He especially loves romantic ones as he gets ideas from them for what to do for you next and horrors because whenever there’s a scary tense part, you’ll cling onto him like a cute little fawn who is scared and is looking for protection

He doesn’t like to talk about his feelings so when the time finally comes for him to confess and propose to be lovers, he’ll probably blush so red it will put his hair to shame

Being someone very reserved and meek, you do not like meeting new people, especially if those people are as noisy and outlandish as Alastor

His love for drama and need to express it frequently and quite loudly is something that you want to stay as far away from as possible

All you ever wanted was some quiet time to finish your book, nothing more

In your eyes, the two of you could never get along for your personalities and lives are way too different

In Alastor’s eyes, you were just splendid

He was raised in a time where men were the dominant ones in a relationship and women had no choice but to follow their every whim

So, with your timid personality, you would make a perfect partner he could and would overpower not only physically but also mentally

Those who mostly keep to themselves and have a somewhat of a weaker personality are much easier to manipulate than others after all

He also likes the idea that due to your lack of power you would be totally reliant on him in a relationship

He oh so loves feeling needed

When Vaggie entrusted you with the task of secretly observing Alastor to make sure he won’t do anything to tarnish the hotel’s reputation, you weren’t too thrilled but as you would be the last person to be suspected you fit the job perfectly, so there was no saying “no”

You started researching him in your free time just to gain some basic information about who he was, his goals, his connections, and so on

Of course, you also looked into the time he was still alive, which was a tad bit difficult

After all, the only information he shared about his life up on earth was that a stock market crash happened in 1929 but hey, at least you had something to go off of

You would also purposely follow him around and stay within earshot distance in case he was scheming something

He of course misunderstood your presence as an interest in him in a different way and would continuingly try to approach and bond with you

But the fact you didn’t seem thrilled by his presence and the fact you were following him around like a lost puppy just didn’t make sense when put together

So, he decided to do some snooping himself

He knew that the only times you weren’t in his presence was when you slept, changed clothes, took a bath and had to do those basic everyday things like that and also when you disappeared off to Satan knows where with Vaggie

During one of your secret meetups, he send his shadow to figure out exactly what was happening, learning that he was under your surveillance

He found it amusing, seeing as you, a person who clearly wanted nothing to do with him was the exact person who was supposed to be in his presence 24/7

After that, he’ll drop small hints that you could interpret as him MAYBE being onto you

He’ll also feed you false information, some of which was straight up outrageous only to see if you would figure him out

He’ll pretend to disappear for a day (even though he only teleported to his room) just to come into the hotel through the main door claiming he had a secret meeting with someone

Anything to get you suspicious

He’ll also use this situation to get closer to you, proposing you two exchange information about each other

Alastor is a very affectionate parent

Maybe even overbearingly so

He had his fair share of trauma growing up having an abusive father and he won’t allow his child, adoptive or not, to suffer the same way

He’ll be very adamant on showering you with love, affection and praise

It’s very important to him that you grow up to be confident in yourself

He’ll baby you even when you feel you are way too old for it, but to him you’ll always be his little fawn

He’ll introduce you to his ways of dark magic and voodoo at an early age so that you can continue his legacy when he’s no longer there

He’ll also tell you about his identity as the Louisiana killer

He knows more than anyone else about how dangerous it can be to be alone outside at night, so he’ll train you to be able to defend yourself if need be

If he deems you ready, he’ll even invite you to join him on his hunts, but only if you feel up to it

You will be in charge of taking care of any victims that were „lucky“ enough to survive only to be imprisoned in your basement

If you want to “play” with them for a bit, he’ll bring out all of his torture instruments for you and watch as you ruthlessly destroy the victims hopes and dreams of living past that point

He’ll tell you just how proud he is as your father after a job well done

If you die before him, he’ll hunt your killer down and make sure his death is the most excruciating and agonizing one

Once he himself arrives in hell, finding you will be his first priority

If it’s the other way around, he’ll patiently wait for you in hell so that you can be united once more

He’ll introduce you to the staff of the Happy Hotel

If Angel Dust ever tries to flirt or get with you, he might as well perish in Alastor’s eyes

If by any chance you have a change of heart about killing and sinning after arriving at the hotel (probably because of Charlie), he will try to talk you out of it but if you ultimately decide to change your life for the better, he won’t stand in your way as long as you don’t try to rehabilitate yourself

Getting a lover is a big no no, almost a taboo being Alastor’s child, which is the most probable cause for a problem between you two

If you ever decided to run away with a lover, Alastor will conquer all of Hell in his quest to find you

You won’t get punished, not at all

In Alastor’s eyes there is no way you could ever do something wrong

In his head he’ll reason your lover probably manipulated you into disobeying and abandoning him, which is reason enough to be punished

He won’t kill them, oh no

That would be way too easy

He’ll imprison them in a secret location, ever so slowly torturing them until they beg for him to kill them, and then some more

He’ll also write a fake letter in their place meant for you, where “your lover” explains how they no longer have feelings for you and did not with to see you ever again

And where do you go when you feel alone, betrayed and over all miserable?

To your father, obviously

He’ll use them as an example of how everyone is

He’ll tell you that everyone will only use and abuse you

But not him, never him

You’ll believe him, he is your father after all, which is perfect for him

You were first introduced to the Happy Hotel by your friend Angel Dust

He knew you had problems with your current renter and your neighbours because of all the feathers around the building

Well, you were a bird type demon so what did they expect?

When you got to the hotel after “helping” Cherry with her territorial takeover and getting a big earful from Vaggie, you got the pleasure of meeting Alastor and Husk for the first time

As a little birdie, two of your biggest passions were dancing and music, which kinda go hand it hand

And Alastor, being the pompous person he is, revels in making a show out of anything he does

You enjoy his singing and dancing immensely, swaying to the tunes yourself and if he’s in a good mood (which is practically always) he’ll ask you to be his dance partner

He’ll take you to the place where Mimzy performs to show off his music taste and dance the night away

But just a friendly reminder, do be careful not to make Mimzy too jealous of the attention you get from her crush or she’ll go up and beyond to ruin you

He loves your wings, they remind him of the wings of an angel which goes along with your pure personality, he might even mistake you for a fallen angel the first time he sees you

Ever since he was alive, he has been into dark magic, voodoo and those sorts of things so do not be surprised if you see a voodoo doll of yourself adorned with the feathers you lost during your molting

You did wonder where they disappeared to but assumed Niffty swept them up and threw them away

When Alastor discovers your love for anything shiny and jingly, he’ll make it an everyday thing to bring you any sparkly items he comes across

He’ll also make you a perch on the top of the hotel so you can peacefully observe the city from there, though he’ll make it big enough for two in case he feels like joining you

When he finds out you made a little nest made of fabric and pretty much anything fluffy like plush toys or pillows in your room, he’ll bring you his clothes to use

What you see as a help in building the nest, he sees as a way for you to get used to his scent and have the scent stick to you as you use his clothes as a bed to mark you as his territory

Plucking on your feathers, something you do when you’re bored, will be something Alastor won’t allow

It’s not good for you after all, and if he catches you in the act, he’ll make sure you’re bored no more

He’ll also brush up his knowledge on birds, specifically their way of courtship

One day, he’ll just come up to you and start preening you seeing as that is something commonly done in the bird world to woo a female

He’ll also straight up ask you about the mating dance and will insist on you teaching him so that he can perform it with you

He wants to do this the way that is most natural and comfortable for your kind after all, being the gentleman his mama raised him to be

Husk

Seeing as he has wings of his own, you’re most likely to bond over that

You’ll complain how hard it is to find clothes that actually are made for bird type demons, so you don’t have to cut holes into every new shirt you get

Though that is where your similarities end

After all, Husk is more of a cat than a bird, which is kind of ironic, seeing as birds are usually pray for cats and he possesses some qualities of both animals

He’ll paw at you from time to time playfully, making sure he doesn’t actually hurt you or damage your feathers

He loves hearing you sing but sometimes, those high-pitched chirps of yours can irritate his ears so do be careful not to screech too much

When he wants some privacy, he’ll use his wings to create a screen of sorts between the two of you and the rest of the world so he can have you to himself

He’ll boop your beak-like mouth seeing if you’re going to nip him

When you two cuddle, he’ll run his paws thought your feather-like hair while purring, but you better not tell anyone of this cute display or he’ll be upset his grumpy façade he shows others has been compromised

When being teased about the fact that birds and cats should be enemies, not lovers, he’ll hiss at whomever dared make such a remark showing his fangs and flattening his ears

He doesn’t care to even entertain such stigma, for you are his lover and nothing less

He’ll rub his head on you as a way to coat you in his scent and mark you as his territory so no one dares to take you away from him

He loves nothing more than soaring though the sky with you, challenging you to a race or two

You met Alastor while cruising thru the Pentagram City

Some asshole tried to rob you, but he sure didn’t count on you being able to defend yourself

As an ex-pro wrestler, you knew how to subdue someone within seconds

When Alastor watched you take the piece of filth down, he noted that you looked different than the women of his era and you sure had an interesting fighting style

He knew of wresting, but he never saw it in action and seeing you completely dominate the thief, he became curious

He approached you, claiming that your little display of power was quite entertaining and wanted to gain a bit more information about both your fighting style and you as a person

When you told him you learned your skills while you were still among the living it took him by surprise

He would have thought you did so solely to defend yourself here in hell but to pick it up as a hobby while still in the world of the living, how intriguing

After all, during his life fighting was an activity only men could partake in as it would be unbecoming of a woman to act so crudely

Over the course of getting to know you, Alastor would challenge you to a fight without using his abilities

He wanted to know just how effective this wresting could be

He sure got his answer as he was laying underneath you on the ground, it was the first time he lost ever since he arrived here in Hell

You thought he would be furious about that, but to him this only made you more interesting in his eyes

A woman that can overpower a man, what a novelty to him it was

As your relationship progressed, he’s likely to ask you to stop with your training as he sees it as his responsibility to protect you as the man

Yeah, I know it sounds pretty sexist but what can you expect from someone who lived in a different era, with different standards and traditions

You’ll politely refuse his request, after all if he was to leave you or if he was not present during a fight, you needed to be strong enough to protect yourself at the very least

He’s fascinated with your muscles, he’ll poke and squeeze them, carving how they feel into his memory

He’ll make fun of you for being “manly”, secretly hoping to rile you up

He’ll deliberately manipulate others into attacking you just so he can watch you mop the floor with them but only when he is present

After all, if the fight would get out of hand or too much for you, he needed to come to your rescue

Sees it only fitting that one of the most powerful overlords shall have a powerful spouse

Will switch your clothes with the exact same models but only slightly smaller so that your muscles are more visible though the clothing

If someone makes fun of you because of your body, calling you a manly-man (Cough cough Angel Dust cough cough) they might as well prepare to find out if you can indeed die twice

He’s the only one who is allowed to poke fun at you

After every fight/training session, be it with himself or someone else, he’ll tend to your bruises and scratches tenderly while kissing them one at a time

Chubby, your pet piggy was your entire world

She was always there for you through thick and thin

You’d spent most of your free time playing with her and spoiling her rotten

When you took her for a walk one evening, you noticed that you were surprisingly not the only person walking their pet piggy

There was this spidery dude with one of his own, so thinking your piggy and his could be friends, you approached him

It would be great for Chubby to have someone to socialize with

Angel, being the caring daddy (🐍 oh not like that, pervert 🐍) he is to his little boy proposed you set up playdates for your two little angels

Ever since then, you saw Angel every Wednesday and Saturday

Each day, your conversations shifted from your pets to your personal lives more and more

Angel is used for people to fake their interest in his life to get him in bed, but you were different

He soon found you to be a very kind and caring person

You listened to his rants about his boss, you appreciated his presence, you took genuine interest in things he likes, you offered your companionship and comforted and took care of him whenever he was feeling unwell, be it emotionally or physically

When he heard you were looking for a new job, he sprung into action and offered to take you to this strange hotel that was trying to help rehabilitate those demons that wished to go to heaven

Charlie was glad to have more staff as the amount they had was just not enough to take care of everything around the massive place

After a bit of pleading, Angel managed to get you the room that was right next to his

“It’s so Nuggets and Chubby can spend as much time together as possible” he told you

But in reality, the original motive was for you to be close to him

You showered him with genuine affection, which was very different from what he was used to and just like with drugs, he became addicted

He would fish for compliments from you as much as possible

He’d also show little sighs of physical affection like hand holding, forehead kisses, cuddling

Not too much though, he didn’t want to scare you away since he knew better than anyone else what it feels like to be pressured to do something (or someone) you don’t want to

The playdates were no longer just for your pets, but for you as well

He would take you to clubs, bars, shopping centres and other places where the two of you could have a fun time hanging out

When one day he approached you for help, claiming he has developed feelings for someone very special, you were a bit disappointed

You wanted to be his someone special

You told him that if it were up to you, you’d want to be confessed to in a romantic setting, like a candle lit dinner or something along those lines, but reassured him that as long as the other person felt the same, the where and when wouldn’t matter as much as he may think

Nightingale, a bird most known for its beautiful singing abilities

That is what you were, a former singer during your time alive whom took on the form of a Nightingale when you arrived in Hell

You sang every Saturday at a local jazz club, which Sir Pentious visited quite frequently

If you were asked to describe him in a few words, you would definitely say he is prideful, flamboyant and somewhat gullible

He thinks of himself as someone evil, but you got to see the real him behind his façade

You approached him one night as he was sipping his cup of tea with “class”

He was intriguing and definitely much different from most sinners, which drew you to him

You found his love for tinkering with machinery cute as he prided himself in his ability to create anything he wished from scratch

He was a prideful inventor for sure

He’d often bring blueprints of his new inventions to you and discuss with you which part of the machine would be capable of what exactly

He’d introduce you to his Egg boiz whom you instantly realised were a bunch of suck-ups

He would often take you on little cruises in his airship so he could show off in front of you as he used it to destroy whatever and whoever stood in his way

He loves your voice, it’s almost as if it had this hypnotic power that’s like a drug to him

While he does prefer silence when inventing in order to fully focus on his new masterpiece, he’d love nothing more than for you to fill that silence with your lovely voice

He’ll even go out of his way, pretending to be in the middle of creating just to be able to bask in your songs

When you try to leave, instead of voicing his dismay as he’s actually pretty shy when it comes to affection, he’ll gently what you in his tail as a sign for you to stay by his side

He’s the type of person to take you on very extravagant and flashy dates to show off his sense of style

He’ll make you small handmade gifts and gadgets, presenting them to you with pride

He’s very dramatic, almost overly so thus do be prepared for a show

If he’s upset or has gained a new grudge, you will be hearing about it for days

When it comes to the more intimate stuff, you’ll have to be the initiator

Not only is he clueless in this departure, but also extremely shy and timid

He won’t even be able to hold hands with you without blushing

He’s not the type to come to you for affection, though he’ll miss it tremendously if you don’t show it to him

He’ll do pretty much anything for you, treating you as his queen and demanding others treat you like royalty themselves

Alastor knew you ever since he was but a child

Your mother and his were close friends and they took you both on play dates every Saturday

He never had any siblings of his own, but to him you were his little sister

Little fragile innocent sister that needed to be sheltered from this cruel world

He was always extremely overprotective of you

That was the reason all of your ex-boyfriends that ever hurt you all ended dead or missing

In Hell, when he finally found you and brought you to the Happy Hotel with him, his obsessive need to shield you from anything negative or threatening became tenfold what it used to be

This place was filled with danger, and he would not allow a single hair on his little sister’s head be touched

When you started dating Derek, a fish type demon whom stumbled upon the hotel and decided to become the first customer (aside from Angel), Alastor was furious

Not with you of course, in his eyes you could never do anything wrong

He was furious with Derek as he believed he manipulated you to be in this relationship

After all, you were too good for him

He was a weakling and the opposite of a gentleman

He didn’t see nor treat you as a priority, and that got the deer demons gears grinding

Soon, the dislike Alastor held for Derek was validated as you came to him crying in the middle of the night, claiming you two broke up because he cheated on you

Now Alastor knew Charlie would be furious if he killed her first actual customer, but it was something that HAD to be dome

The next day, a gift box was placed in front of your door

When you opened it, the dead eyes of your now ex-boyfriend were staring right at you

You instantly knew who was behind this, so you confronted Alastor immediately

He stood his ground, claiming the fish demon had it coming and that he was simply riding the world of filth

You were upset, but you did have to admit it felt good knowing the jerk got punished for treating you the way he did

When Charlie asked about his whereabouts, you covered for Alastor telling her that you two broke up and he ran away with his new girl

Seeing as she took you for an honest person, she had no reason to doubt you

Ever since then, every boyfriend or even friend had to be evaluated by Alastor before you could actually bring them into your life

It was bothersome and it did make you feel like he didn’t trust your judgement, but you also understood his motives, that he was doing this solely to spare you from heartbreak and emotional pain betrayal would bring

Anytime the deer demon deemed anyone unfit and not trustworthy out of those people, you knew you would never see them again

You knew you couldn’t do anything about it, persuading him to stop would be like talking to a wall, so you had to reassure yourself it was ok and that it was for you

At least, you actually managed to talk him out of banishing all of your friends and having only him in your life, which was what he wanted the most, but he also understood you needed other people to socialise with other than himself

That did not however stop him from sending his shadow with you or following you himself whenever you exited the hotel to have some fun with your friends

Of course, he had to conceal himself, you didn’t know that he was secretly watching from the side-lines

If you did, you would probably give him an earful about personal space and such

All this was for you and your safety after all

He would kill for you in an instant

When Alastor first arrived in Hell, he made it his point to start gathering territory as soon as possible, leaving a blood bath behind him

He was strong, stronger than any mortal soul you have ever seen, and that intrigued you immensely

Being one of the Overlords, you constantly seeked new challengers whom would be worthy of fighting and most of the times, you ended up being disappointed

To you, fighting was something you lived for

When Alastor finally arrived at the borders of your territory in search of his next victim, you were ecstatic to finally see just how powerful he truly was

Your battle was the most enjoyable one you had for centuries, but it wasn’t enough

The deer demon was new to Hell and therefore, new to his powers so he hasn’t quite reached his full potential yet, and you just couldn’t kill him before he did

No, you had to face him at his strongest, a battle to death

Taking Alastor down, you expressed immense interest in teaching him about his powers and helping him become stronger for the single purpose of crushing that power of his once he was ready in your eyes

Despite his pride not allowing him to accept your assistance, his interest in you kept him in your presence as you were the first being to ever bring him to his knees

He knew you held a high status down here and was ready to strip you of that status and take it as his own, crushing you under his shoe as he felt the overwhelming feeling of dominancy

That was his new goal, and he would see to it that it would be fulfilled, no matter how low he would have to stoop

He tried setting traps, using cheap tricks, surprise attacks, angel weapons, blackmailing and anything else he could think of, but you were always one step ahead of him

For once in his life, he wasn’t the one on the top and strangely, he didn’t mind as much as he thought he would

Your fights were enjoyable, you were quick on your feet and smart with your strategies

To him, you had it all

Smarts, power, status, and beauty

He decided it would be only fitting for you to become his once he overpowered you, but with each passing day he realised time and time again that there was no taking you down

So, he decided that if he couldn’t have the pleasure of defeating you physically, he would do so mentally

He was aware of the effect he had on women and some men, and knew just how to spin that to his advantage

He’d start subtly by complimenting your fighting style while you two sparred, engaging more in your conversations, being in your presence more often and of course, secretly watching your every move

You saw the change in him but didn’t pay it much attention as it was not indicating the possibility of a threat, until he started gathering information from you about what you liked and disliked

Now that was out of character for him, and you became slightly suspicious so whatever you told him, you always chose your words and the information you were giving up carefully

Hunting was something you shared an interest in, there was just something so appealing about stalking your unsuspecting pray and slaughtering it, feeling the power you had over it

The power to choose whether it shall live or die

Passionately discussing the topic for days, you soon grew emotionally closer, and for some strange reason, you no longer wished to kill him

Alastor’s plan was slowly coming into fruition, but what he hadn’t accounted for was the fact he was staring to have romantic feelings for you

You were the first woman that make him feel this way, and he wasn’t sure how to handle this

His instinct was to just take you and claim you as his, but with your power that would be impossible

He took to being with you 24/7

His overprotectiveness was starting to show as all it would take for Alastor to attack was for a man to simply look your way

In your eyes however, he was the one who needed protection

He was weaker than you and quite reckless at times, but it was a nice gesture from him

It reassured you that he truly cared about you not only because of your status and it made you want to return the gesture

You approached him and asked to form a contract with him, which took him by surprise of course

You had everything, so what could you possibly want?

You told him you wanted him, and you knew he wanted you

Green light emitted from Alastor as he extended his hand towards you

If requests are still opened, I'd like to suggest the following scenario:

An otherwise chill reader loses a bet/makes a small unwritten deal with Alastor. And now they must have a dance with him. BUT reader is not fond of dancing, expecially with other people present...how the mischievious Radio Demob is going to ensure the reader's part of deal is respected?

When Alastor invited you to join him at the Overlords get-together as him plus one, you were expecting boring political debates, champagne, comfy lavish looking couches to rest on and nothing interesting to do

Wearing a shimmery tight red dress with a slit that ended at you tight, you waited for Alastor in front of the Happy Hotel

Sure, the others were coming too but there was only so much place in one limo

He was taking suspiciously long, you thought

When he swung the doors open and joined you outside, you noted how incredibly dashing he looked in a black suit with a bright red tie

It sure was interesting to see him not in his normal outfit

Getting to the reception and looking at the place, it somewhat resembled a casino with a dance floor further down the hall

Guess it makes sense, Overlords were all wealthy and what better way to spend their money than to gamble it all away?

For the whole night, Alastor stuck to you like glue, bugging you over and over again about gracing him with your first dance of the night

You were usually a reserved person who didn’t like too much attention, and since the dance floor was all but empty, going along with Alastor was sure to track attention

But oh, the bugging and nagging was slowly eating up your patience, so you both agreed that if you won at poker, he would stop pestering you and give you some space and if he won, you would grace him with ONE dance

And of course, today of all days, lady luck decided to abandon you

You didn’t know Alastor was cheating whenever you took your eyes off of him

Hey, nowhere in your bet was it stated that he had to play fair

He saw the way the others were looking at you, especially Valentino and he would use this dance as a statement that you were his, a way to mark his territory

Picking you up princess style, he carried you towards the dance floor, placed one of your arms in his and his other arm around your waist firmly, yet you didn’t budge

You were so stubborn, but that was one of the reasons he fell in love with you

Summoning his shadow, he used it to guide you around the dance floor in twists and swirls until you caved and started waltzing on your own

It was magical, the music was soft and lovely, the atmosphere soothing and the place luxurious, thought you would never admit to Alastor you were actually enjoying yourself

When your one dance ended, you took it upon yourself to spend the rest of the evening on the balcony, sipping champagne and watching the stars all alone with no eyes on you

Alastor knew you loved dancing as much as he knew you detested the attention the other Overlords were giving you when doing so with him

He knew it was selfish of him to put you in a situation you didn’t feel comfortable in but in his mind, it was something that had to be done

In his opinion, everyone should know who you were with, who you belonged to, and this was a fun little way to at least show those who were present

You won’t be cross with him for long, he would make sure of that

He had a special surprise waiting at the Hotel for you and for your cooperation

The hall of the Hotel was tidied out and made to mimic a ball room, he booked one of your favourite classical bands, prepared a romantic dinner lit by candles, made a small trail of rose petals leading to the roof, where the two of you would be stargazing and to finish the night off, he had a special gift for you waiting in your room

It was the least he could do for you after today

When you woke up in your room, you instantly knew that what happened wasn’t just a dream

It felt too real, and too terrifying

You jumped when a gentle knock came, you didn’t want to talk to anyone right now, you were too emotionally and psychically drained

 But even without your permission, Alastor entered your chambers with a worried look on his face

He knew what happened, he suffered from panic attacks all the time when he was a child due to his father abusing him and his beloved mother

He could hardly taste it, the fear that was radiating from you yesterday evening, and he didn’t like it one bit

Who knew he was able to feel sympathy?

Definitely not you

You buried your face in a pillow, the weight f the situation and the embarrassment too much for you

You didn’t have the energy to talk, all you were able to produce were small “hmm”s and even that was tiring for you in your current state

Alastor, in a soothing voice, reassured you that your problems were something you could work on and overcome, and that he would not inform Charlie nor anyone else

But what he didn’t promise was not using this to his advantage

He was looking for a way to have you all to himself and this was his golden ticket

If he could gain your trust and use your paranoia to convince you that the only way for you to be safe is to take you to his home, a desolated place with not a soul anywhere nearby and lock you up there for you “protection” then he could and would be the only one to have access to you

And that is exactly what he would do

He’d make it his duty to point out any threatening traits the others possessed, to tell you that you were easily disposable to Charlie whom could just find another employee, that Vaggie didn’t trust you and wouldn’t hesitate to “dispose” of you if she felt it was necessary, that Angel was an ex-mafia member who could turn on you in a minute, that Husk could not care less about your safety and would not think twice to kill/sacrifice you to save his own skin, that Niffty whom was handling most of the cooking could slip you a poisoned meal without you realising till it was too late

He was the only one with the power and the actual intent of protecting you, he told you

But you couldn’t just take his word for it, so you did what only seemed logical to your dishevelled mind

You made a deal with him

You played right into his hands without realising

He would protect you no matter what and would never allow any harm to come your way in exchange for your absolute obedience

Hey, what is the worst thing he could possibly ask of you anyways?

He took you to his home under the pretence of retrieving some important stuff with which he would need your help

He told you the place was isolated, and it would be virtually impossible for anyone to stumble upon it, making it safe from any intruders and possible threats you could face as the Happy Hotel staff

You kinda liked it there, it was extravagant just like its owner, there was a calming quietness, it was far from other sinners, and it had the biggest library you have ever seen in your life

Alastor had you absolutely hooked without your knowledge, all he needed to do now was to reel you in

“You know darling, I’ve been thinking of moving back here instead of staying at the Hotel. Wouldn’t you agree it’s so much more peaceful here?”

Of course you agreed, this could be your safe haven, the place where you wouldn’t have to look over your shoulder every two seconds, the place where you could forget your fears and start living again

“And it would be only natural for you to come with me so I could protect you, no?”

Right, if he was here and you were at the Hotel and something happened to you, how would he even know?

This made sense, it absolutely did, you convinced yourself

You needed to stay by his side, you weren’t ready to die

The marriage was arranged by Alastor’s mother

She came home one day and presented the idea that he would really like a daughter of her long-time friend

And that daughter happened to be you

Being the mama’s boy he is, he would do anything to make her happy, even marry a person he never met before

When he first met you, it was to discuss the wedding arrangements

You were from an immigrant family, so you agreed to marry him in order to gain some footing and good reputation in Louisiana thanks to him being the most well known and liked radio host around

You found him handsome for sure, but gaining feelings would be as much of a journey for you as it would be for him

You were a stay-at-home wife, and god damn were you the best wife he could have asked for

The house was always clean, there was always warm delicious food waiting for him when he got home, you would always listen to anything he had to say, taking his words into careful consideration, you were sweet, kind, compassionate

The only thing you weren’t was loving, but he understood that

After all, neither was he

But he was still a perfect husband, just like his mama raised him to be

He was a gentleman, he listened, helped around the house, got you anything you asked for, let you redesign his house so it would feel more welcoming to you, and he never got angry with you (not only because he is naturally quirky and fun loving, but also because he refused to be like his old man)

Being his wife, you eventually found out about his dark secret

I mean it would be virtually impossible for him to keep them from you seeing as after a few months, you knew the house like the back of your hand and could tell there were slight red stains on the floor, or little scratch marks around the door frame (from his victims trying to hold onto something for dear life of course)

One day, when he was off to work, you followed the marks to a carpet, removing it and finding a secret door leading to a basement filled with dead human bodies, disfigured, and chopped up

So, THIS was where he always got the meat

When he came home, he was expecting anything but you telling him you knew he was the infamous Louisiana killer, yet you seemed oddly calm and collected

He was reaching for a knife on the kitchen counter, but halted his actions when he heard you giggle

Ok, you were taking this suspiciously well, what the hell is going on

That is when he discovered your little dark secret

Very much like his own family, due to you being immigrants you had nothing when you first came to the state and instead of dying from starvation, your father took to hunting humans for food when you were but a child

You knew you recognised the flavour of the meat you have been eating for months now from somewhere, you just couldn’t connect the dots

Oh, you were perfect!

You started bonding over this little fact and soon, Alastor started inviting you to his little hunt sessions

You, being the curious little thing you were, with nothing interesting do to at home, agreed, stoked to see just how he lured and killed his victims and when he even encouraged you to try it for yourself, you agreed in no time

And that’s when he knew, as he saw you drenched in blood, slowly dragging the life out of your victim, that’s when he knew
