"Babe, pick one. Red or black?" You asked as you held out two outfits in front of Kuroo who was currently trying to tame his hair.

The both of you were currently getting ready for a party that was organized by Kuroo's officemates. They decided to celebrate because of the recent successful project spearheaded by your husband.

"Whatever makes you feel good in it, baby." He answered, sending a wink to your way before going back to fixing his hair.

"You say that with every piece of clothing I show you. Now I don't know what I'll wear." You said, sighing and opting for the black one.

In just a few seconds, you felt a presence behind you and a pair of arms snaking around your waist. Kuroo rested his chin on top of your head, his eyes meeting yours through the mirror's reflection.

"I say that because I genuinely believe that you look beautiful. Even if you show up there wearing a hoodie and sweatpants, you'd still stand out because you're gorgeous." Kuroo's voice was nothing but serious and it definitely made your eyes water a bit.

"You flatter me too much." You whispered, holding onto his arms around your body. He chuckled, placing a kiss on top of your head, making you close your eyes in comfort.

"I literally love you so much. I wish you could see how you look in my eyes. You're amazing." With one last kiss on your forehead, he released you from his grip and turned you around to face him.

Kuroo had a warm smile on his face. No words were exchanged for a few minutes, but his eyes spoke for him. He looked at you with adoration and love.

You couldn't help yourself but pull him towards you, leaving a short peck on his lips. "I love you too, baby."

Tsukishima should be sleeping by now. He should be comfortably lying on his bed, with you by his side, cuddling to him. Drowsiness should slowly be creeping onto his body.

And yet here he is, standing in line, waiting for his order to be taken.

He was almost asleep when he felt something (or someone) poking his cheek. As his eyes slowly opened and adjusted to the surroundings, he was met by your pleading eyes and pouting lips.

"What?" He grumbled, pulling you close to his body. "Why are you awake?"

"I'm hungry. Can we go grab something to eat?" You whispered, poking his cheek once again to keep him awake.

Tsukishima groaned, burying his face on your hair and inhaling deeply. "No. We'll just eat tomorrow morning."

"But Kei.." You whined, squishing his cheek on your hand and giving him the sweetest smile you could muster, "I'm hungry now. Please? We won't take long, I promise!"

And just like that, his resolve broke in an instant. If it were anybody else to bother him at such an ungodly hour, he would definitely kick their ass, but this was different.

It's you, the love of his life. How could he not give in?

As soon as you see your boyfriend walking towards you while holding a tray full of food (mostly yours), your eyes instantly sparkled with joy.

"Thank you for being the best. I love you!" You leaned forward, placing a kiss on the tip of his nose when he placed the tray down and sat in front of you.

You couldn't help but giggle at how Tsukishima's ears reddened at the sudden confession and the display of affection.

He turned his head away, trying to hide the blush on his face before mumbling, "Make sure you finish everything or I'll leave you here."

You only laughed at his threat, making him chuckle too. You both know he was just kidding and he could never do that.

"Okay, my turn." Kuroo grinned at you, doing a little dance, making you laugh at how funny he looked.

You were currently sitting on the floor, facing each other on a Friday night, playing a game of truth or dare and a bottle of wine beside you.

Kuroo had filed a few days off of work because he said he misses you and "even the boss has to recharge with his lovely significant other", which leads to what's currently taking place.

"Okay, babe. Truth or dare?" You asked, a giggle coming out of your mouth as Kuroo placed his hands on his waist and puffed his chest like a superhero.

"Of course, I'd pick truth. I am truthful man, my love." He answered proudly, receiving another laugh from you.

Kuroo, despite his silliness, was feeling soft and warm on the inside. He thinks, maybe it's because of the wine you've been drinking together, but as soon as he sees your smile and hears your laugh, he immediately knows the answer.

It was you all along. You've been dating for a long time now, even having your own apartment and yet, you still have that effect on him that makes Kuroo feel like a teenager in love.

Well, he really is in love. Madly and deeply in love with you.

"Okay. What is or are your thoughts before going to sleep?" You wiggled your eyebrows at him, a playful smile forming on your face.

"Everytime I imagine scenarios before bed, they're always about you." Kuroo blurted out at once, catching you off-guard.

You didn't expect his answer, and you clearly didn't expect for him to answer it bluntly. Kuroo chuckled at how your face started to turn bright red.

"You can't just say that so casually.." Huffing and pouting, you fanned your face, suddenly feeling hot. You wanted to blame the wine, but you damn well know it was because of your boyfriend.

"What? I thought you knew that by now." Kuroo grabbed your hand and pulled you towards him, his lips landing perfectly on yours for a quick peck.

He guided you on top of him, making you straddle him.

"You're cute when you're all red and flustered because of me." He teased, shooting you a lazy smirk.

You playfully rolled your eyes, feigning annoyance. "It's the wine, dumbass."

Being in a relationship with Kenma is one of the best experiences you have in life. You didn't expect that the aloof setter who seems to have no care for the world would someday end up being yours.

Just like every other couples, you both had gone through rough times. During the early stages of your relationship, communication was something that was hard to achieve.

Kenma wasn't really good with expressing his feelings, and so whenever he was upset, he would opt to give you the cold treatment.

With your patience and understanding, Kenma slowly opened up to you. It was you who helped him realize that you're his safe space, and that his feelings are valid. You taught him the value of communication in every relationship.

Little did you know, Kenma was still struggling with his demons. Every night as he streams, he would end up getting distracted because of overthinking.

Maybe they'd get tired of me. Maybe they'd be better off with a person who is more forward, and not someone like me who is reserved. I'm not good enough for them, and they deserve better.

His thoughts were running wildly and he couldn't stop them from doing so. The though of you leaving him scares him so much that he could feel his chest tighten.

Tears started to unconsciously roll down his cheeks as he starts getting distracted from playing. Being emotional was unlike Kenma, and this irritated him more.

Wiping angrily at his tears, he paused the game and pulled away the headphones from his head, slamming it on the table. He buried his face in his hands, breathing heavily.

Unbeknownst to him, you saw everything that just happened. It seemed like he didn't notice you come in, so you were standing in his doorway shocked.

You cautiously approached him, muttering his name softly. His eyes widened when he saw you, his face turning red from embarrassment.

"W-what are you doing here?" He stuttered, trying to contain his tears, but you shushed him. You smiled softly before pulling him on his feet and dragging him towards his bed.

You laid down comfortably and pulled him with you, his head resting on your chest. Your fingers ran through his locks, and you noticed how Kenma's body relaxed against yours.

"You can cry, I'm here," you whispered before placing a kiss on top of his head, "just know that you're never alone, okay? I love you so much and that'll never change."

This made Kenma's tears roll freely down his cheeks, wetting your shirt. This time, his tears weren't sad ones, but happy tears.

How the hell did he even managed to end up having a partner who's amazing as you? How big of a kingdom did he save in his past life?

He didn't even have to say his thoughts and yet, you already knew the right words that would put him at ease.

"I love you so much." He muttered, placing a soft kiss on your collarbone.

Slowly, he felt himself slipping out of consciousness because of how warm you were. Your steady heartbeat also lulled him to his slumber.

Saturdays are, by far, your favorite day of the week. For other people, it meant free time and rest day, but for you, it means you'll be able to see your boyfriend.

Being thousands of miles away from him surely was hell on earth, and Iwaizumi hated not seeing you, so he decided to set up zoom dates every Saturdays.

Never did he miss a date and he always had a fun trick up on his sleeves. Sometimes, you'd watch movies or eat meals together, changing the virtual background to a same place to make it seem like you're really at a restaurant. His actions never fail to make your heart flutter.

Despite the huge time difference, you still both make it work, making sure to clear your schedule ahead so nobody would interrupt your dates.

"Hi baby, you look wonderful today." A smile immediately appeared on your lips as you heard Iwaizumi's compliment.

His handsome face appeared on the screen, wearing a plain black shirt and a lovestruck smile. He was looking at you like you hung up the stars in the sky.

"You don't look too bad yourself, Mr. Iwaizumi." You teased, shooting him a wink, making the man laugh boyishly.

Soon, you started talking about your day. Iwaizumi would occasionally add his own commentary and jokes, making you stop and giggle.

He also shared some stories about his friends who kept on "being annoying", but you know from his tone that he was fond of them. That's just how he was: cold on the outside, soft on the inside.

While in the middle of a story, you were interrupted when a knock was heard from your door. It was almost 10PM, who would be knocking on your door at this hour?

It definitely isn't Iwaizumi. You were expecting it to be like the movies you've seen where your lover would surprise you, but he was currently on call with you, so it was a negative.

"Babe, you should go check it." Iwaizumi prompted, but you only shook your head.

"What if it's an ax murderer? I'm scared." You nervously said, playing with your fingers. Your eyes squinted when you heard your boyfriend chuckle.

"Trust me, it's not. Go and check, love."

Huffing, you stood up and motioned for him to wait before reluctantly walking towards the front door. With a confused look, you peeped through the hole and saw that it was a deliveryman.

As you opened the door, the man handed you a box and asked for your signature before wishing you a good night and leaving. You locked the door and went back to your room, carrying the box in your arms.

"What is this, Hajime?" You asked your boyfriend, tilting your head to the side in confusion.

Iwaizumi only chuckled and told you to "see for yourself." Little did you know, he was buzzing with excitement.

The moment you opened the box, a warmth immediately spread throughout your body. Inside was your favorite hoodie of his that smelled so much like him and a bunch of treats that he'd always talk about.

Iwaizumi loved how you squealed and how your eyes sparkled in joy as you held the hoodie close to you, inhaling the scent. Your mind was hazy with happiness, and your heart hammering against your chest.

"There's more, love." Iwaizumi said, making you look further into the box.

At the bottom, there was an envelope that had your name written beautifully infront. You eyed him suspiciously before opening it.

"You are my safe sky, my peace in this cruel world. I love you so much. Kiss me when you get here, okay?"

You read out lout, a bit of confused with the last sentence, but it was soon replaced with shock and joy as you see the plane ticket behind the letter.

Tears started forming in your eyes, streaming down on your face. A huge smile was plastered on your face, and Iwaizumi swears he could die because of how beautiful you look with happiness radiating off of you.

"Oh my god.. I'm seeing you in a week.." You muttered, sobbing into your hands. You couldn't even explain how bad you wanted to hug and kiss your boyfriend so much.

"Surprise, angel. I can't wait to take you out on a real date soon." Iwaizumi said, his voice cracking slightly, and smiling brightly at you.

Tears were also starting to form in his eyes as the though of you finally being able to be with him physically crosses his mind.
