I don’t think Shane gets enough credit for his character development with the spirit box.

I mean he quite literally trashed it in the finale for BU; he hated it so much.

And now he practically falls asleep to it and smiles whenever he uses it.

Honestly both Ryan and Shane’s development is so sweet to watch. Like, Ryan outright calls Shane “daddy” at this point instead of denying it.
