Ocean storm has bad intentions with obscure and white peach cookie. Alongside pomegranate and dark enchantress. And sympathy for the children of the evil wake. Ocean storm cookie made a promise to release them from evil. Which will take long due to obscure being stronger than ocean storm cookie. That was when he met bamboo blade cookie. Always played with the mermaid sisters and would enjoy it. He was a very bright full cookie. Full of happiness and cheerfulness. He met pink coral when he was 7. Pink coral believed in ocean storm for a long time and hoped that one day they could see the green corals someday. Forbidden to see due to age. Until ocean storm was controlled by obscure umbra cookie. Lied to. Been told that being with obscure meant having happiness. He was definitely wrong about that. Ocean storm became evil the day black pearl disappeared. Destroying tearcrown and the queen and king. The other sea cookies had to fight ocean storm cookie. Some desperately not wanting to and some not hesitating. Until he killed pink coral and that was when sugar swan helped gain his normal self back eventually. Once ocean storm was back to his normal roots. Tear crown wasn't. Everyone was scared of him and some even had hatred for him. The only one who believed he was still good was abyss monarch cookie and blue whale cookie. When ocean storm became 16. He packed his stuff and left the ocean. Starting his journey as a student for sugar swan cookie. He was taught patience and healing. A+ student in the sugar academy. But black sugar swan didn't like that. So she secretly told longan dragon to control ocean storm and make him evil again. Which led to the academy being destroyed and ruined. Some cookies dead and some injured. Which led to ocean storm leaving the academy and never returning after sugar swan had to seal black sugar swan away and use her life power to make ocean storm good again. Ocean storm couldn't forgive himself and eventually started a temple up the cold snowy mountains. Training for years until end. Until gingerbrave and his crew arrived and needed help to defeat evil and such. Ocean storm had volunteered to help the younglings. Having fond over alchemist and gingerbrave. Plus strawberry cookie. They traveled to the tea clan. Meeting longjing tea and xiaolongbao. And nimbus cake cookie. Having romantic relationships with them but they didn't end up together. Only canon relationship was bamboo x ocean storm. Who meet each other way back during the blossom tree event. Ocean storm has had encounters with obscure cookie. Defeating them at the end.
During the eternal sugar story in crob. Ocean storm was controlled and manipulated by eternal sugar to join the garden of delights. Showing a wholesome relationship with pavlova during the quest. All because of the cloud hair clip being stored in eternal sugar’s domain. Bamboo blade had to get the clip and put it on ocean storm’s hair. Which worked successfully. Ocean storm's relationship with pavlova wasn't remembered due to the fact when the clip is on. His relationship with someone is forgotten due to not counting as a memory. It's only a memory when the clip is on.
During the obscure umbra cookie story. Ocean storm meets obscure umbra cookie for the second time in 18 years. Having a trauma response to them coming back. Ocean storm and the others had to defeat them. But it was too much power to defeat. Leaving the others drained. Ocean storm was pretty powerful and used his full potential. Leaving himself to being sick and losing jam. Obscure umbra cookie and ocean storm cookie had a very toxic parent son relationship. Obscure was very abusive and would torment and hit ocean storm cookie when he failed missions or requests. Ocean storm was a desperate and naive follower. Doing what was told all the time. Ocean storm had a thing for following orders only when the clip is gone. After defeating obscure. Ocean storm promised to never see him again.
During the shadow milk story. Ocean storm and shadow milk don't have the best relationship with each other. Ocean storm promising to end shadow milk in a gut wrenching way. Shadow milk promising to give ocean storm a welcoming roleplay. Which led to a huge fight. After ocean storm defeated shadow milk. He met black pearl cookie again. Having flashbacks to the past. Black pearl and ocean storm had a brother sister relationship. And seeing each other again has been very heartbreaking and wholesome. Ocean storm promising to become better again.
