The imagery brought to mind is of old things I once loved, needed as a child. Slowly as time moved on I was taught how to let go and say good bye because I learned good bye didn’t mean I had to forget. Letting go didn’t have to mean childhood was over and getting older wasn’t the end. More friends would come and new memories could be made.

Do no harm. Simple, and yet we manage to find ways to muddle it; to take black or white and gray things up to such an ambiguous point that our once shining white armor has become tarnished and we are then masked in shadows. We are noticed only by those who fear us because in the light we are unnoticed, a used meaningless symbol once adored, our presence now a numbing hum amidst the noise.
