It’s been awhile since I last deadlifted anything (i have been neglecting the big three for a long time) and today it showed. 495lbs was easy a few months ago but today she kicked my butt. It may have been because i did bench squats and stiff legs first or just because i have been slacking as of late. I need to work my way back up the ladder to where i was.

Today was "Max day". Today i exceeded all of my max goals on bench and deadlift for 1rm and 10rm. Yesterday was leg day so no squat max today. I will be setting more aggressive goals for the coming months.
