My sister pissed me off so bad this morning I've been up since 6 and so I decided to have a nice slow morning make breakfast chill out because everyone was asleep and since I've been having trouble showering and in general taking care of myself because of paranoia and my mental health in general being in the trash lately I decided to shower and try to get some knots out of my hair it was really hard to do I had like a mental breakdown and struggled in the shower cause it was stressful and I was scared then after I got the knots out I realized just how thin my hair was getting cause it's been falling out and the knots had been holding hair on my head so I cried because I used to have pretty and thick hair so it was kinda distressing and after all that I got out of the shower and quickly got dressed to go chill out and then my sister finally wakes up (it's 11) and comes in there and procédés to tell me "you need to get these knots out of your hair" and then I'm like "well I just got out of the shower and I tried to get the bad knots out-" she interrupts me and goes "well clearly you didn't do it good enough" and that made me so mad like I feel like crying rn I think I'm to good at acting like things don't bother me cause like how can you not tell I'm struggling I used to fucking love showering it was so relaxing I wouldn't just stop doing it for no reason and I hate feeling gross and having knots in my hair I'm so tired of everything and like I kinda feel like I'm overreacting but idk if I am and I'm just so mad I'm genuinely losing it I'm hallucinating a lot every day and the voices are getting to me maybe I am a gross useless piece of shit and idk how much longer I can do this
