as rob is abt to fight sonic at the end of the movie agent stone comes out to help him unexpectedly (cus he was also in green hills the whole time) and with this own tech he built himself and he does try but rob still gets sent to the mushroom planet and stone is crushed and as he's abt to get arrested by tom, tom looks away and stone gets away

AND HIS TECH GLOWS PURPLE like he has some awesome purple high tech robotnik tech roller skates and awesome purple glowing weapons it's awesome

tldr: the idea is rob doesn't fight sonic alone w/stone being able to join before the fight starts and stone does all he can to fight off sonic and to stop him from going to another planet but fails and has to watch rob disappear

we're looking to create an AI policy, and when we were talking about this, my boss (older millennial) was genuinely shocked to hear that younger people do not (seem) to view AI positively (a la the recent commencement speakers being booed)
