New residential lots for the Rebuild Newcrest challenge. These are two-unit “Townies,” or Townhouses. I spent a great deal of time on the first one because the layout was a little tricky. The rooms ended up smaller than you might think. I recolored the siding, bricks, windows/doors/decorative touches and landscaping for the next two, and they all look really cute side-by-side on the three neighboring 30x20 lots. 

Color combos are yellow+blue, pink+teal, and red+purple. (I can’t decide which is my favorite!) Not a lot of time into furnishing these, with very little clutter, but I did recolor the interiors and furnishings and swapped out some of the artwork for each unit/lot. And there are two little “storage sheds” for each lot that would make great hobby rooms. I tried not to overdo it with screenshots this time :)

I live fairly close to the family and got to meet Tardar Sauce multiple times. She was the most chill cat I have ever encountered. A huge crowd could be packed in and she could still sleep over all the hubbub.

@expressive-bread got me this idea… What happens if due to some unfortunate events, a student dies? As far as I am aware, they… Get expelled. At least formally. Expelled due to death, so to say. And Aizawa has a lot of expelled students. So what if not everyone in Aizawa’s expultion story were just girls and boys whom he didn’t see fit for the hero studies? What if something happened, to one (or not one) of his students that led to fatalities and made him extra harsh and selective? What if he knows, that if they are not ready, they may, or even will eventually face danger that they will not be able to overcome? What if Aizawa just knows that crushed dreams are better that lost lives?
