He is also a bit silly and honestly that's why we all love him, right?? Honestly, he really tries. It's super cute how much effort he puts into things especially when he cares about someone. He will make this cute elaborate, yet simple date that has you in awe that he even thought of it, and it's all for you. But Umemiya doesn't kiss on the first date. He's deeper than that. He wants to get to know you. Show you his garden. Flaunt his tomatoes. Ask what you're into and what your hobbies are so he can experience them too. And trust me, Umemiya has thought about it. His eyes have glanced to your lips many a times on a couple dates yet he hasn't kissed you yet. Now here's where we get to to the juicy part, why? Because he doesn't actually make the first move! He's being too much of a gentleman and getting to know you that he wants to show no disrespect towards you. But you can see it. You can see the want in his eyes on this particular date and you've waited long enough. You ultimately tell him to kiss you. Ask him what he's waiting for. Tell him you've been dying for him to kiss you this whole time. And that's when it happens. That cute smile of his crosses his face and he leans in, cupping your cheek. His lips are soft and delicate but they're firm and you can feel the passion behind it. The kiss lasts enough time for you to lose yourself in the kiss and he has to pull away. "Careful.." he'll say with a smile and press his forehead to yours. Then he asks if he can do it again and again and again.

Sakura Haruka

◈ Sakura...oh sweet sweet emotionally constipated Sakura... I'm gonna be real here and tell you that this man doesn't know he's "on a date" with you. He think's y'all are just hanging out and having a good time. Sure he thinks you're cool but he hasn't thought of why he likes spending so much time with you, but he does. And there you are, hoping he might get the message after quite a few times of hanging out together. But...he wont... so you have to take it into your own hands! This is not a situation where he kisses first. No no. This is a situation where you guys are walking home. Specifically, he's walking YOU home after hanging out with you all day. You guys are at the door and saying your goodbyes and see ya later when you can't take it anymore. You want him to know you like him and who cares if it ruins it. At this point you have to. You make the first move and press your lips firmly to his. Honestly, he might even be talking. But all you can focus on are his pretty lips so you of course you take the jump. The kiss is clunky and you two might even lose your balance, but you'll never fall. This is where Sakrua's cheeks heat up, immensely. His eyes wide. But he doesn't move away. He's actually stunned that someone would even kiss him like that. When you pull away he'll rub the back of his head and look sideways.. "What was that??" panic and embarrassment settle in his voice making you back down a bit and start to regret your choice. But the moment he see's how his reaction made you feel he looks down at his feet, "Well.. I didn't say I didn't like it..." he muttered lowly, secretly mustering up the courage to do what you did. And he does. "Hey..." he'll say, and you'll see him looking straight at you. Without another word, he'll lean in and kiss you, more tenderly this time. The way you wanted the very first kiss to feel like. You can even feel the heat from his cheeks. But Sakura figures it isn't so bad, especially because you like being around him too.

Suō Hayato

◈ Ooooooohhhh Suō ... Now this is a man with a plan. Avery thought out and meticulous plan. And I'm just going to come out and say that this man WILL be the one to kiss you first. Even if you try to kiss him first, he will dodge it. Every. Single. Time. Not because he doesn't like you. No no. He loves you. He thinks you deserve the world. That's why it has to be at the right time and at the right place. And honestly it's probably when you two are doing something that YOU love to do. Suo is supportive and will participate in going on dates that are of interest to you. Why? Because he loves to see you happy. Even if he doesn't show much emotion himself, he loves to see it on you. He also loves to be sly and sneaky with the things he does. You honestly might wonder if he actually likes you back at some point before the first kiss because of his demeanor. But worry not. That worry is about to change. Why? Because he's going to do it. He's going to kiss you. And when is he going to do it? Mid sentence. You're not going to see it coming. He's going to get you talking about something you love talking about or get lost in when you talk about it. He's going to watch your facial expressions continually change with how you talk. He's going to wait for the exact moment you look over at him. There will be no warning. There will be no sound. No "Can I kiss you?" You won't even see his body hesitate and shift before his lips ever so poetically collide with your own. Catching you completely off guard and making your breath hitch. But you melt, instantly. All those doubts of if he really likes you back. All the second guesses if he wanted to be with you. They all wash away and are instead filled with how his lips feel against your own. They're warm. It's a deep kiss. One that will make you light headed when he pulls away. Then there's the addition of his arm looping around your body to bring you closer to him. And when you feel his hand press against your lower back causing your chest to press against his, you're toast. You're completely done for. Don't even think about how it feels when he breaks the kiss to look at your face. Because your face will say it all, completely flustered and and feeling utterly in love.

Nirei Akihiko

◈ Nirei and his book... Everything he needs to know is in that book. There's nothing he can't/won't try to figure out when it comes to someone around him. You though, you're a bit tricky. Of course he wants to give you the most respect possible. The last thing he wants to do is disrespect you. So he jots it down. Everything about you. Mostly it's information that you've given him. He just feels weird if he's gathering intel on the person he likes when it's not from them. But what he does get from you is what you like. Things. Food. Books. Movies. How you look at people. How you look at him. How you talk. Your vernacular. The only thing he can not gather from you is how you like to be kissed. Do you like to be swept off your feet? Do you want it to be sensual? Playful? Secret? All these things are things that Nirei just can't get out of you without you realizing that he wants to kiss you. So, I mean, how can he do it right if he doesn't have the right intel? This isn't something he can go ask Suō advice from. Or even Umemiya. This is personal. For him and you only. He plays out so so so so many different scenarios in his head. Even jotting a few down in his book. But none of it feels right and he can't understand why. It isn't until you two are hanging out. You're wearing what he deems to be a pretty cute outfit, and lets be real, so do you - that's why you wore it. But it all get's to be too much. There's so many thoughts racing around his this poor man's head. He can't take it anymore. He'll silently grab your hand, making you look back him him. Confused why he just grabbed your hand out of no where and wondering what's going on. You might ask "Nirei? What's wrong?" But he won't answer. He can't answer. Because if he uses his voice it might crack. He might not say what he needs to say. So instead he looks into your eyes. His own as soft as ever with a hint of something you can't make out. You honestly don't know what he's planning or what he's even thinking. He crashes his lips to yours. Somehow it's not clunky. It might be hard, but it's needy. Both his hands come up to your face, cupping your cheeks and deepening the kiss until he feels you kissing him back. There's no way he's pulling away or giving up on this. He needs to feel you press back into the kiss to show him this wasn't the wrong move. When you do, his body relaxes. His hands fall to the sides of your neck and the kiss softens. Thank goodness this wasn't the wrong move.

Kiryū Mitsuki

◈ Kiryū ... is SO chill. There is no doubt about that. He might not always show his true emotions all the time, as he's smiling for the most part. But his sweet, "wanting to talk things through" nature is the reason you love him so much in the first place. With him being so chill, he's a great friend, and an even greater person to hang out with. When he realizes he might actually like you more than just a friend he'll sit on it for a hot second. He won't go in and take initiative right away. He's going to read the room and see how emotions are all across the board. If he thinks that you'll like him back the way he likes you then yeah, he's gonna go for it! That being said, he isn't some scum that just likes to get with people because he can. He has feelings too and he's well aware of them. What he won't do though, is beat around the bush. If he ends up liking you more than a friend then he's going to show and tell you as much. Now when it comes to the first kiss, it's not going to be public and it's not going to be plastered so everyone can see it. It's going to be private. Like in his room, when you two are hanging out. He might be playing a game and ask if you want to take a shot at it. When you grab the phone or console, he'll watch you play for a moment. Then his eyes will shift front he game, to you. Scanning over all of your features. His heart might be pounding a little. I mean, he is still human after all. But after a few moment's he'll say your name making you look at him. He'll ask, "What if I wanted to kiss you right now?" His expression soft with one of his eyebrows slightly raised. If you say no, then so be it. No, it would be. But the moment you say "I'd um, I'd actually love that." or some form of acceptance of what he just told you, he's slow and delicate. He'll get closer to you until your faces are inches away from each other. His breath might hitch but that's okay, so will yours. And then you'll feel his warm soft lips on your own. He has an excellent skin care routine, so you instantly get lost in the kiss and you go elsewhere. Kiryū's mind threatens to do the same thing, but he knows he has to stay grounded to pull away when you've completely melted into him. And of course he has to smile and say thank you in the sweetest whisper possible while looking into your awe struck eyes.

Sugishita Kyōtarō

◈ Sugishita ... this poor poor innocent and unknowing soul. He- he has a hard time with emotions and he has a hard time expressing them. Honestly, if you aren't Umemiya, he doesn't give anyone much of a thought...except maybe you. You've caught his eye? His heart? Head? He can't tell but he know's that he gets super shy when you're around and he can feel his heart pounding. However, it might be because you have some similar morals as the white haired leader of Bofurin. Or he just plain thinks you're down right cute. Which lets be real- you are! But besides that there is no thought process on how to further interaction between the two of you in his head. All of the things that happen between you two are because you're doing them. You're getting drinks. You're sitting with him silently since he's not much of a talker, and to you that's quite okay. What I'm getting at here is that he definitely doesn't make the first move. And really it takes a long time to even get to the first kiss, as you don't want to rush him or make him feel uncomfortable either. That being said, you take your time and he starts to open up to you. Telling you about things that make him happy. Granted it's probably a lot about Umemiya but you can understand why. And such admiration is such a beautiful trait a man could have. With you though, you really don't want to ruin anything. The thought of him not liking you back really digs deep into your brain. So you do the next best thing. You kiss his cheek. It's when the two of you are quietly sitting next to each other. You muster up the courage to do so. His cheek is warm and soft and honestly it might have surprised you a little. But oh man does it most definitely surprise Sugishita soooo much more! Instantly his cheeks get red and hot. You can see it when you pull back from him. You aren't sure if it was a good idea or not until he moves his hand to his cheek and smiles, slowly looking over at you. He might ask "What was that for..?" completely unaware that you might have actually liked him in a way that would be more than a friendship. It definitely is a lot for the poor guy, but he doesn't freak out- too much. He'll keep his hand on his cheek for a good bit of time and you two will continue to be together either silently or begin to talk about something interesting. Both of you curious for what's to come of this.
