I'm pleasantly surprised by how entertaining this is... but it is distracting me from my homework.

Helena thinks, then seems to look at a second monitor, as if checking their Team page. "Actually, yeah it is. I been meanin' to bug my coworker if he wanted to join me. Why? You wanna?"

❝  a hunter makes use of anything at their disposal,  ❞          he mutters under his breath, not quite intending for her to hear but he would not care if she did anyways.  his trust wavers like a flame flickering in the wind, waning with particularly strong gusts but bouncing back strong when an expected stillness comes.  even if there is some sort of issue with the trap, it should be worth something come time for it to debut.

He didn't trust her that much, did he? Not that she minded, that distrust probably kept him alive.

"If it makes it more effective, be my guest. I'm not going to get mad at making something more effective." She says, taking out her knife and playing with the small drones that were summoned, keeping an eye on Wulfgard. He wasn't used to working with someone was he? Neither was she, so what was the Endmin's goal in making them work together?

She doesn't know.

Gentildonna found that embarrassing, stupid, but also funny enough for a light chuckle. "Wow, really?" No need for me to be a hardass...

Meanwhile, this busy work... is... done. She closed everything up and could now devote more attention to... picking apart all the strange details of this Violet_Reaper's apartment.

'A bit of a mess. Well you try reaping souls and not having enough time to clean your room...' Helena thought before shaking her head.

"It's fine, we're not far from my bed, so I can swim back. No way am I losing some good scrap over drowning." She says, obviously trying to avoid the sharks that were around her corpse.

The chat agrees with Gentildonna though, questioning why her room was so messy.

Nata doesn't need to look at the woman to tell she was remorseful. In fairness it was more his own fault than hers—this is what he gets for not paying attention—and while he was slightly disgruntled about his fall, Nata kept that in mind. "No, I'm okay . . ."

Once he rinses the blood and dirt from his palms, at least. The boy continues to stare down at them, before he thoughtlessly tries to wipe them clean on his clothes and push himself to his feet whilst doing so. Nata keeps his head down, staring down at his feet.

Theres a bit of relief on her face, before she lets go of her hands, putting her own behind her back. "I'm sorry for insisting, but you can never be too careful." She says.

"There are a lot of new people on the Luofu lately....the General has his hands full." The dragons voice is full of amusement and pity for the poor man, but she digresses.

"Saying that out loud can only make a man more curious. You know that right?"

Now his curiosity was piqued again. Oh Enid was a cruel mistress sometimes... Especially involving Emily! Thankfully for Yakumo? He was well armed in this kind of "combat". A smug smile is making its home on his face as he playfully brushes his own red bangs.

"Who's to say I haven't~?"

Enid smirks, looking smug about her words. Emily and Louis were much alike in a sense that you could tell when they received a gift, they wouldn't be looking subtle and quiet about it. They have a quietly loud excitement about them that energizes a room. Enid hadn't known Emily long, but she can tell her fellow former successor is just Like That.
