The first one I had just gotten my own apartment a nice two bedroom. My aunt, who helped me get the apartment ,approached me and asked if I could help out an elderly woman she knew who was being physically abused. I said yeah and that's when shit went downhill. This woman was terrible she wouldn't clean up behind herself she constantly kept all the light on causing the bill to sky rocket up. Those weren't the only issues but long story short a year passes and I have to renew the lease. I ask her what her plan was and had she saved up money like we talked about and she hadn't she thought she would be staying with me indefinitely even though we had discussed this was a temporary thing until she pulled her money together. She would eventually leave my house but not without owing me $240.
