This is taken from the Irvington HS 1941 yearbook. Unfortunately no names under the photo. What do you all think? Is this the young Jerry on the Irvington baseball team? He wasn't expelled until mid-March 1941, so depending on when the photo was taken, I think it could be him. My humble way to honor him on his centennial birthday.

Hi what is your opinion on why there's not any photographs or newspaper clippings on Dean and Jerry's last performance at the Copacabana. I mean it was a big thing, I've read just about every big star of the day was there. And the big newspapers and magazines had to be there. There should be tons of photos and eyewitness accounts but there's just not anything available
Sorry for any delay, I just now saw this. I agree there is not a lot, but there are press articles, one just has to search in the right sources. I recently saw a clipping in Facebook. I don't know why there aren't any photos available. Some people use this lack of articles and photos to claim that the last show never happened, which of course is nonsense.

Hi! I just now saw your message. No, I am not a member of the Lewis family, I never met Jerry, never saw him. I just read the books and articles, watch his films and watch the videos and interviews on the internet and do research on him and Patti using serious sources and draw my conclusions. I might be wrong about things, but I have research and serious, objective thought behind my statements.
