BONUS CURSED CONTENT! Laios and Hunter have the same wolf Fursona:

The Titan’s blood that Caleb and Evelyn used has an owl-shaped cork which is an obvious nod to the Clawthornes and I think we can take it as confirmation she was one.

Besides her name, which is similar to Edalyn and Gwendolyn, Clawthornes have human birds as their palismen and have since Flapjack. With the new information she used to travel between realms, this all adds up! The clawthrones have probably had records of human birds for centuries thanks to this.

Also, with Flapjack, of which I’m still in denial of his death, I think it’s interesting to note that he was likely a gift from Evelyn to Caleb. In the story we get, ‘she dazzled him with magic’ and it shows Flapjack. Philip probably saw it that way. That’s why when he… well, attempts to kill Flapjack, he says ‘Goodbye Evelyn’. He’s saying goodbye to her influence on Caleb, the last memory there is of her.
