Surrealistic art i made for a school project, i lowk think this is fire, i love it. I do consider myself a surrealism artist, tho i didn't post so many surrealistic artworks here on tumblr, sometimes i just lack inspiration to draw my favourite kind of art, so i draw any idea that comes in my head. I do draw plenty of horror tho.

Uhm, Vee x Finn art, im not a big shipper if im gonna be honest, but i ship this, for some reason, and i think its cute and deserves more art of it. So since i can draw, here some of it.

So yeah, the lore is sorta complex. But simplifying it, they live in a surreal setting, the world is unstable and so is the truth, past and facts, everything is malleable and unstable, literally everything, but sometimes they do exist in some manner.

The name of this show/comic would be "The Surreal Theatre". Becouse of the theatrical and dramatic nature of the characters.

Two of theese characters will have a redesign, bc they are weird and i have to fix them, to i am not that motivated.

While doing this genderbent im trying to consider the lore and the 1950s logic, becouse being a woman in this industry at the time must have had some chalenges i supose, also had to consider the fashion of the time but still trying to mantain the boxy look to her.

I researched for feminine versions of "Vincent" and the best i could find were "Vincentine" and "Vincentia", by the way did you guys know that the name Vincent and its variations mean "conquering" or "victorious", i think it suits this character really well.

I think some things in the lore would change, specially the path Vox took in his career, i actually wonder if when trying to eliminate competition for the reporter position he would kill for the the woman's or the man's position?, becouse if she killed the man i think that they would to replace him for another man, no?, but the woman's charge does'nt seem what Vox would want i guess, becouse it would'nt be that easy for her to get the man out of the picture so she could be on the spotlight by herself like she wanted. If i would guess which she would kill, i think would be the man, and then she would put a LOT of effort to convince them to put her in his place.

This actually kinda changes the lore a bit, becouse for as i know there is supposed to be a parallel between Vox and Alastor in what Alastor killed for his own amusement or when people disrespected him but actually has put a lot of genuine effort in his career. While Vox killed his way to the top, of course he had a lot of charisma and all, sure it wasnt effortless, but still It is incomparable to the effort of climbing the ladder with only talent and practice.

But in this AU Vox would have actually put a lot of effort into her career, becouse the killing would not be enough for them to replace her victims with herself, then a great amount of persuasive skill would be required and also talent and effort, which would somewhat hinder this parallel.

There is a lot more stuff that i thought that would change, but i'll share it in the next drawings i post of woman Vox.
