From my very own home based bakery: vegan custard creams! Now serving at Black Cat, Hackney, London.

Gluten free (vegan, duh) chocolate donuts made with rice flour, coconut flour, oats, sweet potato and maple syrup. 

My take on Swedish delicatoballs: made with GF oats, raw cocoa powder, coconut sugar, coffee and coconut. 

Victoria sponge cake revisited: frosted with jammy dodger buttercream with a jam center filling and berry swirl on top. 

Raw oreos? Made with dates, raw cocoa powder, cashews, vanilla, maca and strawberries. 

Date+oat+almond crust, matcha+avocado filling, topped with coconut oil+cocoa powder based ganache. 

Raisin, coconut, dates, apple, cinnamon cake with coconut icing.

'Khichdi' or Kedgeree- a spin on a traditional Indian Gujarati recipe - used bulgar wheat instead of white rice and added spinach, coriander and peas. Super simple comfort bowl. Come at me winter 👊💥
