Please help. My bootayy has always been a serious problem. I mean besides lunges and squats what can I do?! Please message me idc if it’s eating tips or exercise. Help me please! My work uniform is yoga pants and that sucks.
That’s cellulite and sadly, the only way I am able to reduce them is by working out PLUS controlling my diet. Its a combination and you can’t quit.
Don’t just include cardio in your exercise routine; add in some strength training. And DO NOT Starve yourself. Clean eating is the way to go. Put yourself on a clean eating diet and see the results for yourself in a month or so.
Thanks it’s actually not just cellulite. That part on my butt isn’t. I have really bad muscle problems in my hips, butt and back and I can’t get them to release! Any help with this either lol
