Da-jeong killed someone by accident for not taking it serious enough, pinned the blame on the person that tried to help her and got a happy ending without thinking about how it affected her "friend"

Bok-su killed someone for revenge, took everything serious, pinned the blame on the person that ruined her life and wasn't even happy about it, she still felt guilty
