I think about you often, and I wonder if you think of me.

My friend and I were walking in the forest, he asked, “when was the last time you climbed tree?” I responded, “A better question would be, when was the last time o saw a tree I wanted to climb.” We laughed and kept walking. Right before we parted ways, I saw this lady.. and I felt an urge to climb.

I don’t chase, I attract. What belongs to me, will simply find me.

Days will begin and end without my permission. Sometimes i become resentful because they started while I’m unconscious, then I wake up to them halfway gone!

I feel the warmth my body is creating between the blanket and mattress. I feel the chill on my toes. The tear from my eye dripping off the tip of my nose. But I don’t feel anything. I went on a date today, and my date said they felt my sadness. I had to tell them,”lately that’s just the space I occupy”. A sad space. It’s not cold here. It’s not in a place unlike earth. It’s the same place you eat dinner or watch a movie. Its a place that exists amongst all the places, it’s parallel. It’s always there. Sometime I just choose there, rather than here. And sometimes the veil is thin enough that I wander there unknowingly.
