The body you want? Achievable with discipline. The career you want?Achievable with discipline. The life you want? Achievable with discipline. That car you want? Achievable with discipline.

When you think that nothing is happening, that is the universe giving you an opportunity to focus on yourself and become better; so that you are ready when it does.

At the very least you should be able to acknowledge your traumas and triggers before having children. No amount of love will keep you from projecting them onto your children until then

Being a “nice girl” doesn’t get you anywhere. Ofc you need to be polite but you also need to be assertive and direct. Speak up, say no, ask for what you want. Demand it even. Closed mouths don’t get fed.
