The Big Warner Cartoonies

Attention Tiny Toonsters: Buster Bunny and Babs Bunny (no relation) make a rare appearance on my Instagram feed. They were some of the first Warner Bros. characters I ever animated.

“No relation”-Babs Bunny and Buster Bunny were introduced to the world on September 14th, 1990 when “Steven Spielberg Presents ‘Tiny Toon Adventures’” premiered on CBS as a prime-time special.

Oops, more dogs and cats. I was watching some Animaniacs this evening and wanted to draw some of the characters, and I picked Rita & Runt. Gosh, they are so charming, and their cartoons have a sort of bittersweet edge to them that I really like. Plus, Rita really knows how to belt out a tune.
