“Okay, since you’re clearly the counisour of lobster rolls, please, enlighten me on which the best one is.”

kiaan had very few regrets in his life, but the biggest one was how things ended up between him and milena. how he ended up separated from the two most important people in his life wasn’t right, and it was all his fault really. he could have followed her as soon as she left town. they were his life, and walking down the beach with ivan between them made him forget all the shit for a while. “so, ivan.” he spoke, his eyes drifting down to the child between him and milena “what are we doing next? entering the sandcastle competition. i bet the two of us could beat mommys’ castle.”

“I would not want to celebrate anything with my ex. So i understand it.” She smiled. “Well, kids are pretty cute.”

“so celebrating with strangers is where i’ve ended up.” he spoke with a chuckle “aren’t they?” he raised an eyebrow “and here i am, spilling way too much information without introducing myself. kiaan. it’s a pleasure, bar stranger.”

       salem  could  only  stare  at  the  other  wise  wide  eyes  and  an  expression  of  disbelief.  ❝  maybe  this  is  why  your  mother  clowns  you.  ❞  he  huffed  with  no  real  heat  behind  his  words  before  waving  the  other  man  to  follow  him.  ❝  i  can’t  believe  i’m  having  to  fashion  police  you.  you  just  can’t  wear  anything  !!  i  mean,  conceptually,  yeah  you  can,  but  not  really.  everyone  has  an  undertone  and  shades  of  color  that  compliment  them  best.  today  i’m  doing  that  for  you  because  i’m  nice  like  that.  ❞

“Oh I’ve been dying to visit Europe, specially London. Do like one of tours, you know? Where you go all around visiting places and London is probably top of my list.”

“Same for me.” Preston nodded as he carefully lifted himself from his wheelchair to the barstool.

“ Mm. If you don’t mind me asking. Dual custody? She got majority custody? Or just kinda.. how it is. ”  Jason tilts his head at the other.  “ Ah, sure. It’s definitely a short one though. I can tell you if you’d like? ”

“True, but being a terrible human being is a given. You’ve got to think of the other downsides to something like that. Yeah, the idea of a kindergartner in a mall is enough to keep me away from children…” she joked with a small chuckle. “Well, thank you for the help. You’ve got the flyer, and here’s my card should you find her.” Lucy handed over her business card.
