About This Flag
Created in September of 2022, this flag was/is made in hopes of changing the publicโs view of people who have what is/was wrongfully called โNarcissistic Personality Disorderโ (NPD) along with completely changing the term/name to something sympathetic that correctly reflects the biggest symptom that the person who has it experiences, a majorly depleted sense of self esteem/confidence.
Colors and Meanings
Grey = DEPD
White = Lack of self esteem, depression, and other symptoms
Black = Stigma, hardships, abuse/neglect in childhood, those lost to suicide
Brown Thorns = The falsified persona/shield of confidence and superiority people with DEPD create
Red Broken Heart = How the person with DEPD really feels
Gold Stitches = Allies, Support, Acceptance, Pride, and Recovery
