What drew me to him was probably the intention behind himā a performer that captivates an audience, I first saw him in the Awaken cinematic and I just remember thinking/saying āwho is THISā
That was a good few years ago now and he sedimented himself into my collection of blorbos, but within more recent years Iād grown to love and depend on him especially.
Jhin shares a lot of similarities with my dad. I wonāt go into much detail on that aspect, but just know it plays a big part in why I am so attached to him.
I think if I had to choose the number 1 reason why I love him, though, is because his entire character is based around the censorship of art, which is something I am very passionate about as somebody who is pro-fiction and anti-censorship.
Heās just so beautiful. Heās so strange, so utterly fake in how he carries himself, I adore every ugly and unseemly thing about him.
