Ok so people have been questioning about how much food I have been eating. So instead of putting it on a plate I decided to show you like this. 1/4 cup of egg white and a little bit of low fat cheese. This is recommend.... #gastricbypass #eatinghealthy #losingit

My first follow up appointment. Highest Weight 382| Starting Weight 332| Current Weight 316.1. I am down 16lbs in one week after surgery. This was awesome then they had to take the drain out which was very very painful. It was like being punched multiple times in a row in your stomach.
