Honey Garlic Butter Baked Salmon This is the easiest and best-baked salmon recipe in the world! â Stir a few simple ingredients together, pour over salmon fillets and bung it in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Done.đđâ Ingredients * 4 boneless salmon fillets * 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted * 2 cloves minced garlic * 2 tbsp honey * 1/2 tsp dried parsley (or 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped) * 1/4 tsp salt * 1/4 tsp pepper * pinch of paprika * 1 lemon sliced into half-moons Instructions * Preheat the oven to 200C/400F. â¨Greek Style Salmon Bowl⨠Is there anything better? đđđ. Honestly I donât know where I get my inspiration sometimes, but yesterday I had to run to the store to get little potatoes to make this bowl! A Greek restaurant in the mall used to make potatoes roasted in lemon, herbs, and garlic and I made them, pairing them with salmon and a quick veggie Greek salad. Seriously Greek takeout who? The recipe for the lemony Greek potatoes is below so save/share/tell your friends. Yâall are going to love this! The deets: Preheat oven to 420F (215C). Toss 3 cups baby potatoes in 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp salt, pepper , if using, and rosemary. Spread evenly on a baking sheet, taking care to give the potatoes enough space. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through until the potatoes get crispy. If they still arenât crispy I like to blast them at 475F (245C) for another 10 minutes until crispy. Once out of the oven and when still hot, drizzle with the juice of half a lemon and season with salt.
