Hey guys! This is Velcro. He got his name from the ingenuity of using such simple fabrics for practical pack applications! He also happens to wear sandals with velcro straps... No big deal. San Jacinto framed by blooming Manzanita. Dropping off of Fuller Ridge is on of the most mentally and physically challenging hikes I have ever been on, dropping over 8,000 feet from the peak of San Jacinto to the floor of the desert in 15 miles of dizzying switch backs. This was near the top of that descent, before I was in a mindless fury.
