A prominent Spokane, Washington, real estate developer, Keith Scribner is trustee of Keith R Scribner Trust, and principle of a number of affiliated firms, managed by Northwest Real Estate Equities, LLC. He oversees many aspects of the acquisition, rehabilitation, construction, and leasing of diverse commercial and retail properties. Many of the properties Keith Scribner focuses on are located in prime, high-traffic areas that offer optimal potential for revenue generation. Among Mr. Scribner’s notable projects is the Cheney Square Retail Center, a 13,500-square-foot retail center built in 2007 on a 50,000-square-foot property. The Cheney, Washington, center is anchored by a 10,000-square-foot Dollar Tree store and has two additional tenants. Mr. Scribner has also undertaken renovation projects such as the Grand Plaza Retail Center, which was originally an antique store constructed in 1930. The centers new architectural design was inspired by a Carmel, California, building Mr. Scribner happened upon when making a 2001 trip to visit Hearst Castle, and he utilized original Glover Mansion granite as a building material. Keith Scribner supports a number of charitable organizations, including the Girl Scouts and the Boy Scouts of America and the March of Dimes.
