REMAKE
Throughout the development of my concept, I have focused on the creation of an app, that Generation Z will gain from. From this, I researched into an existing appâs and what is already out there and decided on an APP that will make Generation Z carry on using.Â
The app âREMAKEâ is all about remaking your wardrobe a better wardrobe. The app will be used in conjunction with high street stores, luxury brands and independent stores and when a customer buys something sustainable through they app they will then be rewarded with either a discount code or a voucher that they can use next time they shop.
So, not only can Gen Z gain new, timeless items into their wardrobes, but they can also gain rewards for the next time they shop. Such as a 20% discount code on your next H&M shop. Or, if you buy 5 tops from People Tree you will receive a ÂŁ10 gift voucher,Â
REMAKE will benefit these sustainable brands as it will be helping to maintain their customers and gain more money as Gen Z will be more aware of the brands and be likely to shop at them again if they are able to receive money off and discounts.

From my research, I can across an app that allowed users to scan a grocery item and see where the item came from.
This sparked my idea to create an app that when a garment was scanned. The user could see where the garment was made and who made it. Making the purchase a more personal experience.
Ways to Market to Generation Z
1. Â Â Get Their Attention
Generation Z is known for being the social generation. Almost everything that occurs is then posted on social media for the experience to be shared. Therefore, marketers need to be on top with social media to engage with Generation Z and get their attention.
2. Â Â Tell The Truth
Consumers are more aware of than ever before and can see when something is ingenuine.
3. Â Â Work With Influencers
Gen Z is more persuaded when it comes from social media influencers that they follow and so trust will be gained if something has come from someone that Gen Z look up too.
4. Â Â Treat Them As Individuals
Gen Z doesnât like being spoken too, they like being spoken with. So, by considering the preferences and opinions of every individual in a campaign will mean that they will want to get involved.
5. Â Â Be Where They Are
Gen Z top social media platforms are seen to be YouTube and Instagram. So by promoting something on these stations means that Gen Z will be likely to see it.
6. Â Â Start By Knowing You Donât Know Anything
When campaigning and promoting a concept, being careful that we do not make assumptions is key. Nobody wants to be categorised as something they arenât, especially Gen Z.
7. Â Â Be Transparent
Always. Always be transparent. Gen Z value authenticity and will base their decisions on their trust within something.
8. Â Â Tell Your Story
Make sure that the story being anything you put out there is easily accessible and identifiable.
9. Â Â Convey A Meaningful Message
Like Millennials, Generation Z is all about making a difference in the world. A brand needs to convey a concept and explain the meaning for the creation of the concept.
