Montagne Jeunesse Manuka Honey Peel Off
I received my #VivaVoxBox from influenster over the weekend and today I got a chance to test out one of the complimentary products. It was the Manuka Honey Peel Off by Montagne Jeunesse. Here is how it came in the box.

And the back of the actual package:
I have used Montagne Jeunesse masks before but never a peel off one so I was curious to see how I liked it. I had just gotten out of the shower before using this mask. I simply washed my face with a basic bar of Caress like I normally do. My face was already dry and ready to go.
Opening the package was simple and easy thanks to the special tear off tab. There was no mess getting it open and onto my fingers. I have to say, this REALLY did smell like and look like honey. Here is a picture on my finger.
It even kind of had the consistency of honey. It was kind of weird putting it on since i would normally expect a smooth creamy application. But was you would expect from honey this was sticky. It's kind of hard to tell if you've got it on in an even layer.
Once applied, I set my timer for 15 minutes. I had already spent a few minutes washing my hands and the sink where i dropped some. Immediately I could feel a warm sensation over my face. It didn't last for too long and it never burned or got uncomfortably warm.
Finally the timer went off and time to peel! At first I wasn't sure where to start peeling from. I tried going from the edge of my cheek but I just couldn't get it up. I think maybe it was applied to thin there. I finally got it started above my lip. Here's a picture of the process.
I wish I had been more careful about getting it on my eyebrows and hair line. It was something I hadn't even thought about since I was used to just washing the mask off. So learn from my mistake. It was very easy to wash off though, just in case you do make a mistake.
And finally here is a picture after it's off.
It left my skin feeling soft and clean. You can still smell the honey bit. It doesn't bother me. In fact I kind of like it. My face doesn't feel tight like it sometimes does after using a mask. I highly recommend it.
