Thank you all for your support. After several hours of surgery, the surgeon found that the tumor was aggressive and it had spread too much. It attached to several organs and to try to save Chuckie was just too risky. Chuckie was a sweet boy, but he's no longer suffering. #gofundme Chuckie's surgery Chuckie has congestive heart failure and it was recently discovered that he has a tumor in his intestine. He's had fainting and seizure episodes caused by a drop in red blood cells from tears in the tumor that bleed into his abdomen and intestines. We have him on medication to coat his intestinal walls and hopefully help protect him from more irritation and pain. The vets say he needs a surgery to remove the affected tissues, which costs $3,000. We're currently working to save money, but are worried we're going too slow.
