You come to a point in your life where you really don’t care what people think about you, you just care what you think about yourself

I struggle to sleep, and then when I finally fall asleep, I struggle to wake up. And I don’t know which one is worse.

Eat better. Run more. Squat more. Sleep earlier. Wake up earlier. Make a good breakfast. Drink water. Eat fruits. Read books. Adventure. Talk less. Listen more. Feel deeper. Love better. Open your eyes. Experience life. Be happy.

I’ve been in love before, it’s like a narcotic. At first it brings the euphoria of complete surrender. The next day you want more. You’re not addicted yet, but you like the sensation, and you think you can still control things.You think about the person you love for two minutes then forget them for three hours. But then you get used to that person, and you begin to be completely dependent on them. Now you think about him for three hours and forget him for two minutes. If he’s not there, you feel like an addict who can’t get a fix. And just as addicts steal and humiliate themselves to get what they need, you’re willing to do anything for love.

Change how you react to what’s happening to you, and what’s happening to you will change.

There’s a difference between somebody who wants you and somebody who would do anything to keep you. Remember that.

Right now I am a mixture of very happy and very sad. And I am trying to figure it all out, all these feelings and emotions, and words and thoughts, and what they all mean. Everything I feel is a contradiction of itself, and I do not understand any of it.

You’ll meet her, she’s very pretty, even though sometimes she’s sad for many days at a time. You’ll see, when she smiles, you’ll love her.

My only hope is that one day I can love myself as much as I love you.
