Not a silly question at all! We encourage you to post the day of the prompt, but you can truly post whenever, even if it’s after jily week itself- just make sure to tag me and @sunshinemarauder so we can reblog it.
We have a collection you can add your fic to on ao3 if you post there, and if you post on tumblr, that can be the whole fic itself or even just a post linking to ao3 (the latter is typically what we see, especially for longer fics). There’s definitely no strict rules over how/when to post!
