She didn't really care about the scandal itself. She was only furious because of a factual inaccuracy and unfairness. First of all, they made it look as if Eliza had an affair with a married man, while in reality all she had with Romeo was a one-night stand. Don't they see that there is a difference between these two things? Secondly, Eliza didn't cheat on anyone (this time!). So why the hell do they blame and shame her as if she's the one who cheated?
