Nutrition Help

Need ideas for what to eat the night before and morning of Olympic distance triathlon.

Also ideas if what to eat on bike.

Any ideas appreciated.

I’m a big fan of oatmeal and peanut butter the morning of, like 2 hr before, maybe a banana closer to start. Pb sandwich on the bike, or just a few gu usually work for me. You could add Gatorade for some liquid calories and salts.

Life is all about balance, and today that meant getting up early to get my long ride in so I could spend the day at Hillside, the greatest music festival and one of my favourite weekends of the year, and a great place to recover, refuel, and listen to some great music!
