Hi Doug and Marsha,

A quick update. I had a minor surgery, however I was put to sleep. The superpubic was fixed just fine, however, an artery was nicked and not notice. I was put in a room to recuperate and when my BP fell so low the alarm went wild. I was back in surgery. I needed 5 transfusions while general surgeon did his best to find the artery.

So Doug, keep the cross. Please keep in mind taking on Gavin if something happens to us. I am totally dependent on Ken. If he wasn’t able to take care of me I don’t know where I would be.

How are you 2 doing? I wished I lived closer. My apartment is small but has 2 bedrooms and Gavin has his own bathroom right off his room. I bet you are happy doing your own thing—-

Since July, I have been in the hospital every month. In Nov I had a blood infection. I had a blood test saying I was clean only to go home and be called back to the hospital as I had a positive test. I fear I have some of the preliminary signs of Alzheimer’s, I can’t recall important events from 3 weeks back. I think of you often, always positively as you helped us out greatly. You are both such kind individuals. Take care of each other. Love, Suzie

🥀I had to bury her in a shroud, within 72 hours as her faith dictated. 🥀🥀The memory makes me sad. I had to go to work the Monday after the Wednesday I buried her. It was the worst experience I ever endured.

🥀Her legacy was my success as she did tell me she was proud of my ability to excel.

🥀Her legacy, was the example of how to die, she was brave and long suffering.
