Over analyzing every word and action,

Viciously going insane as

Old love in a hotel room looks the same as new love that ignites hearts and explode fireworks.

The only difference is lying awake, rebuilding the ice around your heart, letting tears fall, while watching the one you love sleep silently on.

You should have left hours ago but I’m glad you stayed. Even if it’s just until sunrise.

The longer your arms are around me the longer I feel loved. The longer I can pretend that the smiles are real, the kisses innocent and the love making love.

Old love is nothing like new love.

Old love waits for the explosion while new love basks in the warmth.
