one month down...
so in the past month I’ve lost my first ten pounds.. let me tell you it was definitely harder then I wanted to admit. It was a struggle at first because I literally purged all the “bad” food out of my system and it was a shock to my body (not exactly the worst but not the best idea. it’s definitely a good idea to wean your body off it not cold turkey.). I didn't eat anything that was loaded with sugars or carbs. I completely cut out pasta, with that I learned that was what food I was eating that made me feel bloated and uncomfortable. I ate so many veggies and fruit. I actually took 2 servings of veggies to work with me everyday with homemade veggie dip. I munched on that and boiled eggs and cheese( I just cant give up my cheese, I tried and failed). the weather didn't make it easy to take my dogs on the morning walks like I originally planned. of course that's NEPA for you when you literally get hit with all four seasons in one day. BUT I did exercise inside 3/4 times a week like I planned. some days I didn't do as much as I wanted to but I still forced myself to do it. Now lets see what next month brings me..
Goal for February: lose at least 8 pounds.
