Ace/Aro Will?
Anyone else totally relate to Will Buyers in the new season? Like he didn't care about girls like everyone else did and it made him feel so upset when it's all they wanted to talk about and he just couldn't understand it
But then again, thatâs the hero gig. Part of the journey is the end.
Omg đ this parallel
Me: Iâm gonna read this story without skimming
My adhd ass seeing long paragraphs:
When I go on the adhd tag..... đ
Me: Okay we have been on the laptop for the past four hours. Now, as previously agreed, we will get up and study for that really important school thing our grade depends on.
My brain: Cool cool cool buuuut how about we start this criminal show that has 10 seasons about psychologically deranged individuals and infinite ways to murder and torture that we will definitely hyperfixate on?
Me: But-
My brain: It has a really cute character that will leave you emotionally wrecked and help you forget that you are a huge disappointment to everyone.
Me: We're on babe.
Yep :/

the thing is you canât even be mad because thinking about your hyperfixation is always đđđđ
Adhd mood
When you work a 10 hour shift and are exhausted yet you still can't fall asleep :/
Oof mood tho
Mental illness sure does a lot to make it feel like even when youâre trying so so so hard and put your dwindling energy into everything you can, itâs still like youâve made absolutely no progress at all when you look backâŚ
TADHDFW
you grow up constantly being told about how much âpotentialâ you have and being told youâre just lazy and not trying hard enough, then find out your parents knew you had ADHD the whole time but didnât tell you so that you could âlearn to cope with itâ
It be like that..... Unfortunately

Adhd brain
Me: ok I have enough time, just need to eat and blow-dry my hair
Brain: no
Me: what?
Brain: you can do one or the other, not both
Me: but I ca-
Brain: No you can't!!
Friendly Tips for doing work/Homework
1) When motivation strikes put it to good use
Trust me, I know, its hard to get motivated with adhd + executive dysfunction. Even sometimes on things that we want to do. But if you find yourself in a moment of motivation donât waste it. Its going to be hard to direct your motivation a lot of the time but if you have any ounce of will, move it towards something important.Â
2) Sit at a desk or table
Not the most comfortable place to do homework I know. But, if you think about it, our brains are conditioned to focus when sitting at an uncomfortable desk (at least if you went to a public school like I did). I know that some of us may not have even focused during school and sitting at a desk but regardless you will probably find it easier to focus if things are in a less relaxed environment.Â
By the way, this tip is something that my adhd life coach recommended a long time ago so this one is not just me.Â
3) Have some background noise
This is something that definitely wonât work for everyone, but for me personally I find it harder to focus on something I donât want to do if itâs dead silent. I occasionally need to put on music because it makes me happy and therefore I can focus more because I am relaxed. (seems counter-intuitive to the previous point but typically i turn on music only after im too stressed to do homework, there has to be a happy medium of not too relaxed but not too rigid. Once that happens, you have a better recipe for focus). Any white noise might help also, not just music.Â
4) Change the way you think about your work/homework
Nobody wants to do it, I know how it is. But, one thing that gets me motivated is to change the way I think about work/homework. For me personally, I enjoy problem solving and analysis. My homework/work may have nothing to do with these things. However, I can find some aspects of it that do contain analysis. Which makes me all the more interested in doing homework. Find a cognitive skill or subject that you enjoy and apply it to your homework. (Feel free to drop me an ask for more examples of this)Â
5) Have some pens and paper next to you in the area you do your homework
This helps me for a few reasons. One, if I have to âmind dumpâ some things (Basically just writing down any important/interesting things I might need/want to do that are also important I just shouldnât be thinking about them at the moment). Two, if I have too many tasks to focus on at once, it stops focus completely. Having pen and paper allows me to outline the things I need to do and takes some pressure off. Having it written down helps me to put things in perspective and have everything that I need to do clearly laid out (as not to worry about too many things at once). Also, you can make your outline as vague or detailed as you need. And lastly, I like knowing I can use the paper to brainstorm some things if necessary. If I am stuck on an idea or organizing something, I can start writing a few things down to get my brain working.Â
Hope this tips helped! Send me an ask or PM if you have more questions. And as always remember that itâs not always going to be easy, but if you do your best to make progress each day, you can accomplish your goals.Â
I discovered the ADHD haverâs best friend:
a mac app called helium that puts Netflix in a tiny floating window on your screen that you can make translucent and also click through, so you can watch tv and surf the web at the same time, itâs great
(Thatâs more see through than I like but this way it shows up in the picture)
Happy multitasking yâall!
ADHD peter doodles cus why not I love this headcannon
1) Peter experiencing that relatable adderall mood
2) adhd rants WEAPONIZED
3) HYPERFOCUS PARTY!!! (tony also has adhd) (theyâve been in the lab for 8 hours)
4) overstimulation SUCKS!!!! esp when you have superpowers that make it worse!!
This is actually great
how i think i explain my ideas: simple but thought out, easy to understand and really compellingÂ

Is this an adhd thing?
If someone is telling me I need to write something down, like a phone number for instance, I need them to repeat it several time since I only catch the beginning so I can't write what they are saying as they say it if they say it too fast. You know....
