I tried to draw Caine, but my back’s still playing up and the pain sent me straight to bed.

Although I’m quite happy with the progress I’ve made on the sketch.

To officially announce that the En-Gonnar campaign has officially come to an end.

The reason? The DM is fed up with the high turnover of players we’ve been having, whether due to work, arguments outside the game, or whatever reason takes its turn.

I’ll be taking some time off; I’ll still be commenting, replying to comments and even writing the odd post now and then, but I can’t draw any more. My spine decided to make its displeasure known and I ended up with whiplash when the bus slammed on the brakes because of some idiot behind the wheel.

Honestly, I wanted to show you how I added textures and lighting to the bubble model, how I painted my sketches by hand, and even how I painted that two-headed cat digitally, but because I operate a camera on short film productions at work, my back has refused to cooperate any further since it happened.

Yes, my back was perfect until I rolled down some stairs without anti-slip protection when I was taking the laundry down from the third floor.

I'll be honest, I'm really embarrassed to show this drawing. You can even see my old signature. I wish the ground would swallow me up.

But I promised to show the old one alongside the rendering.

Although, looking at the new version, I feel a little proud to see the evolution of my work. Going from the teenager who drew pointy chins and stick-thin legs to... Well, my anatomy is still rubbish, but at least I can draw legs now 😂

I still haven't learned how to make backgrounds; it's driving me mad. Any advice?

I was going through my father's old library and found one of my notebooks with drawings from 2017! Despite how embarrassed I feel just thinking about them, I thought I'd try drawing them again.

I'll show you the comparison when I finish the render. I spent all night sketching and doing the line art, and now I'm exhausted.

As a funny fact, in the sketch you can see that, indeed, Freddy's are filled with love (and something else), but the costume does its job very well.
