IDGAF what the economy is doing, I'm going to get what I want, eat well, and live an abundant, happy, well-designed life. I didn't come here to suffer or be in bondage.

Respect your body. Respect it so much that you refuse to allow toxic substances to pass your lips, neither alcohol, nor smoke, harmful foods and sugary drinks. Your body is your temple and should be treated as such. It needs to be trained, and kept moving. You were not made for sitting. 

Invest in your inner wellbeing as much as your outer image. The gut check you’ve been putting off, the bloodwork’s, the mineral deficiencies. The dental issues. These are all worthy of your time and money. It’s important you don't become the shiny car that’s rotting inside. 

Beware of men. Not in a sense of they are to be feared, but just don’t be naive. Don’t put yourself in vulnerable situations with men you don’t trust. Men are award winning actors, and it’s important to know that when you first meet a guy you are meeting his representative, and it can take weeks if not months to reveal his true essence.
