We always care more about our own outward appearances more than other people ever will. Beauty does not come from being skinny. Beauty comes from the ability to love others well. And you can't love others well until you learn to love yourself well.

Hey. I've been following your blog for a few years now and I realized that you have been posting a lot of stuff about unhealthy eating patterns and unrealistic body images. As someone who has struggled with body image their whole life, I understand how these images can have a cathartic purpose. But I also want you to know the damage these images create, not only to your own self-esteem, but to others who are seeing what you are posting. Love is stronger and better than being skinny.
