May i ask how you do art?

What would you do if you  could meet another you outside of you? 

what was the world like before passports? it was perfectly fine. what was the world like before sanders/Clinton/trump? perfectly healthy. do i care who gets elected? absolutely f****** not.  it makes no difference,not to me, and most likely not to you.

Democracy was built on the principle of equality.  two ways to sustain democracy-increase equality or reduce democracy. the latter much more prominent.  i say break down borders, let creativity flow in , OR OUT.  would as many Mexicans want to emigrate?  i think not.

 i made a bad decision. yesterday was a binge, at least on my terms. a couple of chocolates over, and to top it off my parents forced me into eating dinner, although i did purge the dinner immediately after, and then felt horrible for not sticking to my diet. also because that “diet” hummus and pita i had earlier contained upwards of 350 cals. this is why i have trust issues. ugh.

today's a new day, and i  cleared my kitchen of everything potentially fatty. out of sight, out of mind. i think i'll skip breakfast.  my bodies looking great, but still not up to my expectation, ribs  starting to peek out just a tiny bit. and some good news here, i  lost 2 pounds! down to 97 now. 

on the more personal side, , its  been a while since my last kiss, the bad bits of a long distance.it also tends to get slightly lonely at times, but everytime i speak to him, its ike the first time, and everthing is perfect. 

shall we do a before and after now.
