I recently graduated high school and I just don't know how to live, how to do simple things, or even just do things on my own. I feel behind and waiting for other people so I can move on.

I feel completely useless. I see all my school friends living their lives, going to college, working, and I'm still here. I'm here waiting for other people because I can't force myself to do things like go to the gym alone. I feel like I depend on others. I think I got used to infantilizing myself after trying too hard to be an adult when I was younger. I learned to stay quiet while other people defend me, and I unconsciously try to seem dumber around other people.

To be honest, I don't know what to do. I'm behind schedule, I feel weighed down, and I feel like I'm falling back into a hole, watching things I shouldn't be watching, and I constantly think about relapsing. I'm never one hundred percent clean.

I'm afraid of what's going to happen to me because I know that everything in my life depends on me. All I want to do is cry.
