SO for the longest time i had no clue but i just figured out how to save animated line emoji's individually, so here's a tutorial (assuming you already know how to save line emoji's individually from my previous tutorial)
once again, if you use this tutorial, please credit the artists when you use these gifs/emojis
find the animated emoji you want to download, and open up the url in a different tab (note: it will NOT be animated in this tab)
now in the url, after 001 but before .png, add _animation to the url, like so
you can't see it in this screenshot, but it will start animating/moving!
now right click and download it as a png
and then go to this website right here and convert this animated png to a gif
now, it will eventually pause. if you want to change that and have it loop infinitely, using the same site as above, upload the gif to the gif loop count changer and leave it at 0, and bam :)

i understand this is a bit of work per every individual emoji, but this is the best i could figure it out lol. hopefully this was helpful!
