I lot of my old pets I made many moons ago are rather... dated. I feel like they haven’t aged well and not most of them I want to revamp. Here’s some of the ones I’ve already done:

This one is in Queue but one of my oldest pets. He was made into an official plushie on the site. :)

Atlas is one of my most bred pets, not much of a feat perhaps but, hey. I’m expecting to get a PBC baby of his back any day now.

Casper isnt very notable in my lair but I think this is one of the better remakes I’ve done. I like him so much more not you cant beleive it. hnng.

A remake of my semi-ooak lantern gael. I need to double check the transparency on the lanterns before submitting him.

This is another one of my favourites. He felt a little messy, a little muddled. So i tried to clean him up and make him pop out a little more. Might tweak the hair shading/highlights some more.

As of this post, I've officially finished ALL fifteen PSDs which are going to be up for sale for October.

As a result, I'll finally announce the name of the event:

"Day 543 of the zombie apocalypse:

I am the last survivor of our group - the rest were taken last night when the Dead broke through our barricades. They must have smelled the blood on Carl's knee when he fell last night.

Ever have one of those games where it doesn't feel like it makes any sense.

And you can't tell if you're either good at your champion or your enemies are really bad/throwing?

I just had one of those games a bit ago.

I was doing ARAM, rolled Fiddlesticks. No one could trade with me and I ... am actually pretty bad at Fidds. So I rolled and got Varus. So now Our team is Blitzcrank, Caitlyn, Sona, Annie, and myself as Varus.

We were against Ahri, Fiora, Yi, Anivia, and Miss Fortune.

Caitlyn gets first blood. Cool, good start.

But then both she and Blitz DC at about the same time. I was just doing as Varus does and tried to poke them down with my q. Well, that worked pretty darn well. I was 5 and 0 and they hardly dented the tower. I decided to just run into them and suicide since we weren't going anywhere and my damage was falling behind.

No matter what - our team was over double the amount of kills they had. Almost all from my hand.

Sona disconnects for a few minutes herself

and even THEN they couldn't take our first tower. Even THEN they couldn't kill me or my Annie.

I got a triple kill at one point - I almost got a quad. Pretty much by going in on a 1vs4. Might have gotten it if barrier was up/I remembered to proc it. I was even legendary. And could have gotten a penta when we actually managed to ace them.

We nearly got their second tower down.

Nearly 60,000 damage to champions, NO ONE on their team even did a QUARTER of that. 170,000 to champions and minions. Got over half of our 49 kills, had a hand in all but SIX kills. And full build. A tankier build than I'd normally opt for since it was a 3vs5.

I think I had least deaths overall (of those that weren't DC'd of course.)

(Most kills on the enemy team was 10, they had a total of 34 kill in the end)

We might have won that if Sona didn't go in 1vs5s (Only I can do that, Sona! ...Apparently) and ulted seemingly at random.

Man, I feel like we deserved to win that one. Jeezus.

I know Arams don't really matter, but ... IfIhadgottenaPentathatwouldfreakingcount.

So far... it has been a disappointment, I was actually really looking forward to it and the first season was alright but this second season, man. I just don't know.

I really wanted to like Korra, we need good female leads - but sometimes she plays princess rather than kickass.

I think my biggest issue with Korra is that I feel like the writers give her free passes and let her go by too easily. And part of me feels like the only reason why is that she's a /girl/. I feel like Mako goes through more "trials" than Korra does. (Just in a different sense and most aren't world threatening)

Let's compare Aang with Korra:

Aang:

He was 11 when he was TOLD that he was the avatar but it was out of necessity, he couldn't bend all four elements when he was five years old and had no way of knowing that he could. How did Korra figure that out? I'm cool with it taking place after she learns those elements, but a five year old bending like that is absurd. Aang had to travel the four corners of the world just to learn bending, not to mention a lot of the hardships along the way. Sure most of the traveling was done on sky bison, but there was a lot of running around involved.

He was battered, bruised, died for a few seconds before Katara brought him back to life and...

He was a kid out of time, he was frozen for a long time, all his friends and family and everyone he ever knew was DEAD. Except Appa, course he met Katara and Sokka, but even though it didn't show, you can imagine the long term hidden effects that could happen on his psyche.

Again, he has the body and the mentality of an 11 year old, 11 year olds don't really have the endurance to travel the world like he did - but he pushed past his limits time and time again to do the right thing.

Aang struggled SO much with the Avatar state, he wasn't able to go into it at will and even if he did, he could rarely control it. He didn't really have full control over it until the last episode. (The time where Azula shot him doesn't count since he never made it to that state all the way)

Now let's look at Korra:

She was bending like a 'pro' at age 5, what's the point of having these teachers?

The most traveling she done was to Republic city, I don't really know where that is compared with where the South Pole is, but.

Her biggest trials are mostly politics, which is fine but not really 'end the world' type. However, this season is looking that way. Stupid One-Lock.

Season one's ending could have made for SUCH an interesting plot line for season two and still tie it in with this current season. But nope, they had to ruin it. Korra cries a little, miraculously has a stronger connection with Aang than he did with Roku (He had to jump through so many hoops just to talk to him for the first time) and gets her bending back. All the while learning how to restore other people's bending. Just shaving off those five minutes could make for such a better ending you don't even know. fft.

I WANTED that plot to go into the next season, for her to finally go through some trials and having to go to the spirits to learn how to bend again. Like going to the spirits like... going to Yuei and have her do pretty magic things and mention Sokka or somefink.

Then that Amnesia thing, I know it was an excuse to have the two episodes on Wan, but they could have gone about that in a better way. I feel like she got her memories back too easily. But hey.

I just.. I don't know man, I write and I have a lot of characters and I never let them off as easily as these writers seem to be doing. I don't care if they are a man, a woman, an 8 year old.

IT JUST BOTH BOTHERS ME AS A WRITER THING AND MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A TERRIBLE PERSON AT THE SAME TIME. I AM JUST LIKE. NO. BACKPEDAL. DO THIS AWFUL THING TO HER. RIGHT. NOW.

An internet friend goes by a name that exists in real life and in the language/country they claim that they are from.

And then you find out that it is not actually their real name.

My mind gets blown every time.

My friend asked me if I wanted one, so I was like "uhh sure."

I got a new computer yesterday, I moved most of my stuff over but not everything. Was going to move the rest later on.

Decided to try to do a Co-op vs AI game of league (because my ping would be too high for normals right now) just to test it.

Holy hell, I went from 5-20 FPS on the lowest settings to 55-70 FPS on the highest settings. I really want to try some other games, but they aren't installed yet.

Well, this happened.

People were like "Maybe it's flying"

and others were like

"but how can it fly?"

and Ninny was like "challenge accepted."

I don't really consider myself a feminist by any degree. While I do think they should get the chance to be just as bad-ass as the guys in media (and typically art despite often having bas-assyness sacrificed for ~the sexy~)

But, when I was working on this:

I was told "That's a rather feminist statement." why? Because of a 'hammer for an arm' I shrugged it off. She had super powers. Why not use them?

So this wouldn't usually bother me too much.

But...

Armor, armor is the butt of all things "sexist"

Bikini chain mail, plate wedgies, vacuum sealed breast plates, and all that fun stuff.

SO, here is one of my female characters in full-bodied plate armor:

Too make it worse, this species is pretty much the opposite of the human race; the females are bigger and typically stronger than the males.

Oops....

I guess I need to think about what I do before actually doing them.

It is a turtle conservation project that mainly deals with the Olive Riddley.

This year we had at least three Leatherback nests - possibly even five.

The first nest hatched.

And this is what I woke up to.
