Third Person POV:
As Joey, Mat, and Nikita walked out of Everlock, the trio reminisced on the night. "I'm gonna miss Manny." Nikita says, still shaken up and traumatized from the hour prior where she had to kill her best friend, The Record Producer. "I'm gonna miss Ro." Mat says, remembering The Jetsetter's final hours before she was a sacrifice for some witches.
As the two walked on (and Mat grabbed his stuffed horse from earlier, Blanche), Joey stopped in his tracks. The duo turned around and saw Joey look at them. "There's something else I have to do." He says, turning around. The survivors of the terrible night in Everlock nodded in understanding and walked through the curtains of the entrance.
Joey walked back towards the church and looked at the stain Carnival Master. In his chest sat a crystal, and it was basically calling Joey's name.
He bent down and picked the crystal up. In the crystal, he saw so many deaths. He froze in fear, looking at the over twenty deaths that sat in the crystal. After some of the deaths were shown, a small voice spoke to him as he looked surprised to hear a voice he thought he wouldn't again.
Meanwhile
In Purgatory, a nice exhibit case lay in the front of a museum. The power to one of the ten cases, broke and a small Explorer by the name of Liza Koshy stumbled out, dropping onto the ground. She looked up and saw all of her dead friends, in different poses and outfits. "I'll come back. I promise." Liza says, running away.
Ducking past some guards, she opens and closes the balcony doors to get to a small blue opening on the edge. At this same time, Joey Graceffa was in Everlock, picking up the crystal and looking inside. Liza she needed to get Joey's attention.
"Joey? Joey are you there! This is your only chance! Please...we need you." Liza pleaded, looking around and seeing a jar filled with green spirits. Lost souls.
The doors to the balcony opened and a woman in with a spear and a key on her person walked through. "What are you doing outside of your exhibit? There will be punishment." She says in a low tone. "What have you done with my friends?" Liza asked. "There wasn't enough room in my collection to hold them all. But I do enjoy feasting on souls when I'm hungry."
The woman stabbed Liza in the stomach with her spear. "Don't fight it." As Liza struggled to not die, the woman raised her hand up. Liza's soul came out of her body as her soul was placed into the jar. The Explorer's body went limp for the second time.
Two guards were called upon the balcony. "Get rid ofΒ this one." The woman says, yanking the spear out of Liza's stomach. The two guards nodded and picked up the small girl's body, walking away.
Timeskip and focus shift back to Joey
Joey rode a Jeep through a deep jungle. A chest laid in the passenger seat as he wore his Society Against Evil jacket, equipped with some rounded glasses and a 1940s style outfit.
Getting out of his keep and grabbing the chest, he walked towards a rock and saw a dressed up Nikita, looking into the blue crystal from Everlock. The back of her outfit supported the SAE logo like Joey's jacket.
"You guys get what I asked for?" Joey asked. "Yeah." A voice spoke, he turned to see MatPat with a familiar crown and a black jacket, also having the SAE logo on the back. He was holding the Crown of Oblivion from the Victorian Ball. "What took you so long?" "I had to get some things."
As Nikita awkwardly twirled on her hair, she spoke up. "So is this a bad time to mention I invited someone to the party?" She asked, dragging out the word 'party'.
"The party's here!" A singsong voice called out. A person wearing a yellow and black outfit equipped with some mascara stepped out with a bat. They're one of Nikita's friends, Bretman Rock, dressed as The Playboy.
"Nikita, I told you not to invite anyone. This is gonna be a dangerous mission." Joey scolded. "The only danger here is this fat ass." Bretman says, looking at Joey.
Jael and Ryu came from behind some rocks. "You ready?" Jael asked, looking at the group of four. "Okay." Joey begins, looking at everyone who was in attendance. "Now that we're all here, let's do this thing."
timeskip brought to you by me literally being in ATLANTA RIGHT NOW HOLY-
After Jael explained the plan (and the issue that both Mat and Nikita would stay behind due to taking "baby steps"), Joey and Bretman jumped through the portal. However, the duo's joy was short lived as the portal quickly broke.
"That wasn't supposed to happen right?" Bretman asked, a bit of fear in their voice. Joey shook his head, but picked up a torch and continued down the path to where Jael pointed out.
After some walking, he and Bretman got to the front of the museum, nine glass cases were standing idle. Except, they were all of Joey's old friends. Joey walked around and looked to see Colleen standing with a finger in the air, her death being played in a crystal ball at her feet.
"Colleen..." The flashbacks to Everlock began to play back as he forced his friend into the Maiden. "I'm sorry..." He breathed out, looking around and seeing another friend of his.
Y/n posed with a hand on her hat, the other resting on her hip. Her vampire feast death played in the crystal ball. "Joey..." Bretman said as the former turned around to see Bretman standing near Alex.
"I have to free them." Joey says, looking at the cases that connected to a weird energy source in the middle. His eyes scanned the perimeter and looked to see an axe. "Joey what are you doing?" Bretman asked.
With no words spoken, with a yell, Joey raised the axe and struck the energy source. "Joey!" Bretman yelled out, seeing a wave of yellow-goldish energy fluttering through the museum.
One by one, Justine The Adventurer, Timothy The Con Man, Y/n The Model, DeStorm The Enforcer, Tana The Pin-Up Girl, Gabbie The Hollywood Star, Alex The Aviator, Colleen The Duchess, and Rosanna The Socialite, broke free from the cases. Each guest got adjusted to their surroundings and finally were able to breathe for the first time in a while.
Your POV:
Sheer darkness. And then a burst of light. I felt myself take a big inhale of oxygen as I looked down. My whole outfit changed from the long, purple Victorian dress I wore from....how long ago was that? I can't remember.
Instead, my outfit was switched out for a short, red dress, white gloves, red shoes, and a red hat with some old, red jewelry. Looking towards the platform I stood on, the words The Model were displayed with a crystal ball, replaying my death. It was like I could still feel the vampire fangs piercing my skin.
"It worked!" A familiar voice yelled out. I turned on my heel and looked to see Joey Graceffa. The reason I was stuck in whatever this place was since I died. Hell, he's the very reason I died.
"Woah, you're in here too?" A very distinct voice asks in amazement. Alex died too?
"Colleen!" He ran towards Colleen and tried to hug her, but she refused it. "What's going on? Are you serious?" She asked with annoyance laced in her voice.
"I have no idea where I am. The last thing I remember is being stabbed to death." ~ Colleen, The Duchess
"She's dead, I'm dead, so I'm dead. So.....where am I?" ~ Rosanna, The Socialite
"Wait what the hell is going on?" I asked, confused. "Shit, I'm asking the same thing." Hearing those words made my ears perk up. "DeStorm...?" I quietly ask and turn around to see him in an outfit different from his Railroad Tycoon attire.
"Hi baby." I ran a few steps towards him and as he opened his arms, I ran into them, hugging him tightly. "No way you're here...is this real?" I asked, my voice cracking with tears spilling out. "I'm real. I'm here." He said calmly, kissing the top of my head.
Being in his arms for the first time in forever made me want to break down completely. Just to feel his touch and be in his presence was enough for me. I didn't want anything else in the world to interrupt us. Then I heard Joey's voice.
"Okay listen! We're at a museum of the dead. You all died, and we're currently in Purgatory. There's an evil collector, she collected your souls, and she brought you here to this museum." Joey explained as we all tried to take in this information.
"Wait a minute, you died too?" A shrill voice asked. I internally cringed at the woman behind the voice, knowing she's one of the two reasons I'm here in the first place.
"I hear Gabbie's voice and I see Joey here and I start thinking to myself, 'Maybe I am in Hell'." ~ Y/n, The Model
"Yes." Rosanna says. "With him?" She asked again. Rosanna slowly put the pieces together. "Yes!" "And you died, and you died, and you died?" Gabbie asked, Justine, Tim, and Colleen.
"Yeah, we went to dinner." Justine said, remembering when her night of terror came.
"The last thing I remember is being buried alive by some people who I thought were my friends." ~ Justine, The Adventurer
"Listen, I'm here to save you guys!" Joey said. "Save us, you killed us!" Colleen interjected. "I wish I could go back and change it all!" Joey tried to reason, but Colleen wanted to call him out on his bullshit.
"I don't trust anyone here because, if I recall, last time I saw you, everyone shoved me into a box of spikes and I was murdered!" She recounted.
"Goddamn!" I react, cringing at the horrible death. Suddenly death by vampires didn't sound too bad if Joey was shoving people into a box of spikes. "Sounds familiar!" Justine said, a little shocked. "Damn that's how we killed Justine!" Tim said, with a slight pinch of humor.
"Wait a box of spikes?" Tana asked quietly, but Rosanna's voice overpowered hers. "I-I watched Colleen die!" "Oh don't act innocent, you literally pushed me into the box, Ro!" She shouted. "Well- well everybody did!" Rosanna protested.
"But also like...she voted for me so-" ~ Rosanna, The Socialite
DeStorm looked towards Gabbie's direction. "Gabbie, I got a bone to pick with you." He says, pointing a finger at her. His arm wrapped around my waist, pulling me closer towards him.
"I open my eyes and see Gabbie's face. Staring at me with her little beady eyes and I'm like 'okay, round two'." ~ DeStorm, The Enforcer
"You know I killed you and your girlfriend, right?" She asked with a small grin, taking a step forward. "Yeah...which is why we're here and you're there." I reply, DeStorm's arm around me tightening a bit.
Tana looked at Justine. "Did you kill me?" "I thought you died with Vine." Justine responded, dumbfounded. "Okay, see? It's not just me. We all played a role in each other's deaths!" Joey said, frustrated.
I rolled my eyes at the statement, knowing that I didn't have the chance to play a role in anyone's death but my own. "There's a chance for us to come back to life, that's why I'm here to rescue you guys!" Joey explained.
"He's here to save us...but he killed us..." ~ Tana, The Pin-Up Girl
"Listen, The Collector might be back soon, so we need to get out of here." Joey said to us. "Who is The Collector?!" Tana and I ask at the same time. Joey sighs for what feels like the millionth time since we were freed. "She goes to different eras and collects people and monsters and creatures and you guys are one of her exhibits, okay?" He says exasperatedly.
"Who's coming to see these collections? Are there tickets? If so, I demand residuals." ~ Justine, The Adventurer
"Why even come free us in the first place? What if you're putting us in danger again?!" I yell at him. "Well, why else would I be here? To just laugh in your faces?" Joey asked, looking towards me with annoyance. "You would do that!" "To kill us again! You literally killed us!" Colleen and I yelled at the same time.
"I'm with Joey, you can't double die." DeStorm said, looking down at me apologetically. "Yeah, that's true." Rosanna said, pointing a finger towards DeStorm.
"Well actually..." Joey trailed off, his voice getting higher. "Oh, so you're trying to double death us?!" DeStorm asked Joey. "Well...no!"
"I put two and two together and I was like, 'Joey killed all these bitches'. And I'm like, Am I next'?" ~ Bretman, The Playboy
"I swear, Nikita and Mat are going to find a way to come and rescue us." Joey said, hoping to calm us down. "Wait, why are you with Bretman?" Gabbie asked. "Nikita said there was going to be cute boys!" Bretman whined. Gabbie looks around. "Where?" She asked, sarcastically. "Right here." I say, looking up and gesturing towards DeStorm.
"I say all of us go our own way, and Joey you can die alone." Colleen said with a smile. "Listen, I'm here to rescue you guys!" Joey yelled to everyone. "Rescue us?! You killed us!" Colleen and I yelled at the same time.
"Okay, everyone stop fighting! I'm freezing. I look amazing, but let's figure this out." Gabbie said dramatically.
"She's....lying to make herself feel better." ~ Y/n, The Model
"Okay, listen, The Collector is gone right now, she might be back any moment now. So you guys need to follow me. We need to get out of here." Joey says with the wave of his arm. Hesitantly, we all followed into our possible deaths. DeStorm walked in front of me and held his hand behind him so I could hold it.
Timeskip to the next episode brought to you by me expanding my music taste and listening to Spanish music (I recommend 200/10 it's amazing)
I was too exhausted from running. I already did enough of that in the Victorian Era. Luckily, DeStorm refused to leave my side. Refusing to let the other group take me with them to complete tasks. For the most part, I stayed by his side. Well except for when I got captured and I'm now currently sitting in the lounge with my hands tied behind my back with Rosanna.
"Y/n and I are both in the lounge, we know that we both been captured, so our names are gonna be going into the voting pile." ~ Rosanna, The Socialite
The door creaks open as Bretman, Tim, Tana, and DeStorm walk in with one of the sphinxes. They all look shocked and confused as Rosanna stands up, trying to move her arms as best as she could.
"Oh my- can you untie me?" Rosanna asks as Bretman fully walks in. "Oh my God..." They trail off.
"Y/n and Rosanna have been tied up. First I'm like, 'Did y'all like this? Did you- was this a pleasurable experience?' No! It was a dramatic experience. I'm just glad they're safe." ~ Timothy, The Con Man
Bretman begins to untie Rosanna as DeStorm untied me. "Thank God!" I exclaim, bringing my arms from behind my back and rub my wrists. "The hell happened to y'all?" DeStorm asked after we both were untied.
"Guys! Guys, we got one!" I heard Alex yell. The other group comes back into the lounge with one sphinx. "Did you get one?" Bretman raises the sphinx with a pose as he looked at the other group.
"And we killed someone!" Gabbie added on. "Hold on, y'all killed somebody?" I asked concerned. "Well- The Sorceress killed somebody." Joey corrected. "Oh, okay." Tim said. "She's a total badass."
"Little by little, The Sorceress is making her way into our...little circle." ~ Alex, The Aviator
As our groups reunited, Justine held a note in her hand. "What's it say this time?" I ask, standing next to DeStorm, as I'm wearing his jacket with one of his arms around me. She sits down next to Rosanna on one of the couches and clears her throat to begin reading.
"To recover the jeweled key, two must be chosen by vote to brave the sands of Egypt. However, you may only choose from among your own group." Joey gasped loudly as Justine continued reading. "Friends will betray friends. Discuss among yourselves and then select the card of the person you want to force into the death challenge. Choose wisely. Revenge is a dish best served cold."
Colleen, Joey, and I's mouths hung agape as Justine finished the note. Knowing how my odds were looking, I could possibly be going in.
"I already have a vote in the pile from getting captured. My ass is going into the challenge!" ~ Y/n, The Model
"Here we go again with the voting. I am so used to this, you would think this is, like, my normal everyday routine." ~ Joey, The Savant
"We have to choose somebody from our own group to send into the death challenge. So we start talking about who we're gonna vote for and everybody kinda has a different strategy. I already have got two strikes against me so...the odds are not in my favor." ~ Gabbie, The Hollywood Star
Our group sat down as we tried to plead our cases. "I- I- I hit the- I threw the rock. I threw the rock." DeStorm says to our group.
"So far the weakest links to me...are everybody but me and Y/n." ~ DeStorm, The Enforcer
"Don't be looking at me. I found..." "No, no I mean, Bret killed the game and plus Bret's my Asian brother so I'm not gonna vote for Bret." Tim said, moving closer towards Bretman. Bretman gave Tim a look from their eyes, almost signaling Tim to shut up.
"If one of you bitches vote for me...ooh! Ha!" ~ Bretman, The Playboy
"Wh-what did you do?" DeStorm asked Rosanna. "I'm a team player and I'm not coming for anybody. I'm just here to support everybody and I really wanna get home." DeStorm and I smiled at this statement, thinking Rosanna's optimism was adorable as Tana laughed a little.
"I mean I..." Tim sighs. "I have a fur baby at home. She doesn't have anyone else." Rosanna says, resting her case.
"Everyone is kinda making valid points. We all held our weight or did a task...what has Tim done?" ~ Tana, The Pin-Up Girl
"Guys it does look like everyone found something but Tim." Tana points out. "Oh yeah..." I say, looking towards Tim. "I mean- yeah...um......"
"I mean...they tryna come at me like I didn't do anything. Tana, all she did was find the giant, super obvious ankh." ~ Timothy, The Con Man
Mortimer stood at the voting table with The Sorceress. "Alright guys. Time to vote. If...you got captured or if you made a mistake in the urn challenge, you already have a strike against you." Mortimer said, putting five cards into the pile to start.
"At the end of the day, I wanna keep around, people that can help me. And Gabbie...she hasn't been very helpful." ~ Alex, The Aviator
"I gotta vote for Gabbie. I need to keep the strongest people here and she just proved that she's not one of the strongest at solving puzzles." ~ Colleen, The Duchess
"I don't wanna vote for any of my friends. So it's just better to go along with the crowd." ~ Joey, The Savant
"I'm a woman of my word, so to keep it fair, I voted for Tim because that's what our group decided on." ~ Bretman, The Playboy
"The best way to save myself is to vote for somebody who already has a vote so I figured, 'you know what? Imma vote for Y/n'." ~ Timothy, The Con Man
"I decided on Tim. Based off what I've seen, he hasn't really done MUCH so I'm putting his name in." ~ Y/n, The Model
"I voted for Bretman because I knew nobody else would. And I wanted to just cause some form of chaos." ~ DeStorm, The Enforcer
Mortimer shuffled the first pile of cards too slowly for my liking. "Alright guys. The first one in the final challenge is..." Mortimer looked at the card and flipped it over. "The Hollywood Star. Gabbie."
Gabbie's face fell as she put her head into her hands.
"I can't believe this is happening...again. It feels like just yesterday that I got my heart ripped out of my chest and here I am! Going into the sands of Egypt!" ~ Gabbie, The Hollywood Star
Mortimer picked up the second pile. "The second group..." He shuffled the cards again. Picking out the top card, he looked at it and then showed it to our group. I became almost physically ill seeing the role and person on the card. "Y/n."
Tim gasped at this and looked towards me. Everyone seemed to be shocked at my name coming out on top. I started to tear up thinking about the outcome of this challenge being the same as last time. "No, no, no this isn't happening again..." Tana said with nervousness. "Again?" Justine and Colleen questioned with concern.
DeStorm put one of his hands on my thigh, that was now bouncing in anxiety. The other was rubbing my back in attempts to calm me down. I gave him an anxious smile, dreading this challenge.
"I feel like I'm getting dΓ©jΓ vu. I remember fighting for my life in a challenge with Gabbie and here we are again, about to battle it out once more!" ~ Y/n, The Model
"When I find out that Y/n and Gabbie are in the challenge, I'm like, 'Alright, Gabbie, we'll see you in a minute!'" ~ Joey, The Savant
I wiped a tear from out of my eye and pointed towards Gabbie. Rosanna reached out and held my hand, hoping to help me find comfort. "She's gonna beat me again, I know it." I say tearfully. "For sure, but we loved having you here." She replies back, just as scared as I was.
"I feel sad for Y/n seeing her doubt herself because...she's really capable." ~ Rosanna, The Socialite
"Gabbie we love you. Y/n, we love you too." Joey said to us as we said our possible final goodbyes. Giving out final goodbye hugs and sending best wishes to the both of us. "See you on the other side." Bretman said to us.
Looking on my shoulders, I begin to shuffle the jacket off, but DeStorm stopped me. "Give it back to me when you come back from the challenge." I looked at him dumbfounded. "I'm not beating her! I don't have it in me." "You got this. I know you do. You're gonna beat her." DeStorm said while hugging me. "I love you. So much." I responded tearfully. "I love you too. Now go win that challenge." He said, giving me a quick kiss on the lips.
"I'm hoping I can win against Gabbie this time because going into this final challenge, this is my redemption. I need to redeem myself. Because I don't want to lose against her again." ~ Y/n, The Model
Gabbie and I walk out with the sphinxes in our hand, going towards the challenge arena. The mummy sat there, waiting for us. "Oh my god..." Gabbie said, bringing an arm to cling onto me as we stepped out.
Jumping onto some stones I see, I noticed a note on a pedestal. "Oh there's a note!" I say, jumping over towards it, Gabbie right behind me. We both placed out sphinxes down onto the pedestals that were on either side of the note.
"So the second we both place our twin Sphinx, a scepter literally appears out of nowhere." ~ Gabbie, The Hollywood Star
"The scepter of Isis cannot be touched until one of you has built a pyramid in her name. Gather the pieces and assemble them. The first to do so can claim the scepter and command the mummy to retrieve the key. However, the mummy has cursed the sands with flesh eating beetles and you may only travel on the stones. Stepping on the sand or getting touched by the mummy will take you out of the challenge for ten seconds." I finish, looking at all of the stones in front of us. "Okay that's crazy because those are very precious seconds."
"So basically we have to get around these flesh eating beetles and build a pyramid." ~ Gabbie, The Hollywood Star
"And with us building this pyramid, we can get the scepter and then have the mummy give us the key." ~Y/n, The Model
"Alright." Mortimer speaks up. "Begin!" He states and we both race off to find our pieces, seeing the mummy make his way towards us.
Almost immediately, I find one of the pieces. "That's a piece!" I say with happiness.
"I can't waste any time. I need to find my pieces to build this pyramid." ~ Y/n, The Model
"Oh God, this is how I died last time!" Gabbie said with frustration. We each find another piece at the same time, jumping on the stones to place them on our building stations.
"Gabbie is leaping and jumping finding these pieces and I can't do shit. I'm in the least movement restricted outfit and I'm struggling, Dear God." ~ Y/n, The Model
The mummy walks towards Gabbie and grabs her. "No!"
"The mummy grabs me and I'm terrified because I lost ten seconds and I already see Y/n pick up two more pieces like WHAT?" ~ Gabbie, The Hollywood Star
I almost get caught by the mummy, but make it out in the last second, stumbling over my own two feet. "Oh jeez, oh jeez, oh jeez." I repeat to myself and see Gabbie join the game again out of the corner of my eye.
"Here's the thing. I found most of my pieces, but I only need one before I can begin building my pyramid." ~ Gabbie, The Hollywood Star
"Jesus Christ." I say, picking up another piece and placing it on my pedestal.
"I think I have all my pieces, I think I'm getting out of here alive. It's a lot of thinking right now." ~ Y/n, The Model
"Uh....what just happened? This took a turn. Y/n was losing and now she's winning...what?!" ~ Gabbie, The Hollywood Star
"Be nice...please!" I yell as I'm trying to build my pyramid. "Oh no, oh no..." He paces towards me as I scream a bit and hobble away on the stones. I can still see Gabbie looking for a piece in the sands.
"I am NOT an architect or architect material. It's like this challenge was made for me to fail." ~ Y/n, The Model
Looking at my failed attempt at a pyramid, I hear Gabbie mutter, "Oh she built that way wrong." I leap back over and adjust some of my pieces. "Wait did I do it?" I ask with delight.
"Wait...Did I just do this? Did I just win against Gabbie? Am I not gonna die right now?" ~ Y/n, The Model
"No, no, no! No!" Gabbie yells as the mummy grabs her again. Looking over, I notice the scepter and run over towards it. Picking the scepter up, I raise it above my head. "No! Mummy stop! Bring me the jeweled key!" I yell with as much desperation in my voice as possible.
"I see Y/n grab the scepter and...I'm still alive. Heart in my chest and everything. Maybe we both can survive this." ~ Gabbie, The Hollywood Star
A satisfied look crossed my face seeing the mummy let go of Gabbie and go towards the key. I race over towards Gabbie with the scepter still in my hand. "We're still alive. We're still alive." I said to her, hugging her despite the weird angle.
"Maybe what they say about death is true. It does bring people closer together. Because I wouldn't imagine in a million YEARS that I would be hugging Gabbie Hanna, yet here we are." ~ Y/n, The Model
The mummy uses some magic to make the jeweled key appear and grabs the case that it's held in. He placed it down on a pedestal and I let go of Gabbie, looking at her and see a note on top of the case. Ripping it off, I begin reading it out loud.
"Your betrayal is not yet complete. You must...order the mummy to kill your friend if you wish to claim the key." I read as Gabbie rests her hands on her knees that began to wobble.
"Honestly...there's a part of me that believes that Y/n didn't want to do it." ~ Gabbie, The Hollywood Star
"I really haven't watched or forced a person to die before so...I'm super hesitant. But it's Gabbie so...but I'm not a bad person!" ~ Y/n, The Model
"I don't know. That's bullshit! I'm not a horrible person and ordering mummies to kill people." I said. "Who even thought of this?"
"I hate this feeling I'm having." ~ Y/n, The Model
"Mummy, I just wanna go home with my boyfriend." I said sadly, putting my head into my hands. I heard the mummy's head walk towards Gabbie as I hear her trying to run away. "No, no, no, no, no!" She yelled, hopping over some stones.
I could hear a brief struggle and then bones cracking with a thud. I lift my head up to see Gabbie's body on the ground and the mummy turning away.
Opening up the case, I grab the first jeweled key and look at the scepter.
"I now need to put this mummy back into whatever sarcophagus it popped out of now that I have this key." ~ Y/n, The Model
The mummy looks at me and then walks off of the challenge grounds. I shot him a fake pouting face as he walks away. Mortimer waves me over. "Come on! Let's get back to the group." He says as I hobble over some stones and walk back towards the lounge.
Mortimer opens the door and walks in as I'm behind him and wave the jeweled key around. "Y/n?" Joey asked as Justine and Alex let out a noise of approval.
"I doubted myself and I know Gabbie and at least Joey doubted me, but who's the one with the key and who's the girl in Hell right now?" ~ Y/n, The Model
DeStorm walks over and hugs me tightly but I wasn't complaining. I definitely needed it after having a brush with death yet again. "What did I tell you? I knew you had it in you." He says in my ear, kissing my cheek. I pull back and twist the key in my hands a little.
"So you kinda killed her, but really didn't?" Bretman asked as they crossed his legs. "Nah, but for sure did. She's gone." Tim said, putting the pieces together. "Wait guys, there's- like- she's really gone." Joey said.
Rosanna looked at Joey and asked the question most of us were wondering. "Joey where did she go?" "She's in Hell! The paper said Hell. You'll be sent to Hell forever." Justine told Rosanna, frustrated she's in the same situation as last time.
"So now this rescue mission has turned into a survival mission, yet again." ~ Joey, The Savant
"So let's do it?" Tana asked, gesturing towards the key in my hand. "Baby, come on. Grab the key." DeStorm encouraged as I began walking over to the safe, but Colleen's words stopped me. "Wait, you guys understand what's about to happen? As soon as Y/n puts that in there, one of the exhibits is gonna get unleashed." "No literally anything could get unleashed." "Is that what happens?" "Anything could happen." I answer Tim's question.
Joey got frustrated very quickly at our hesitation. "Okay Gabbie didn't die for nothing! Just put it in the slot." He said, pointing towards the safe. "Joey, I'm gonna need you to take a moment and calm the hell down." DeStorm warned him.
"Whatever. I warned these bitches. If they die, that is NOT on me." ~ Y/n, The Model
Sighing and rolling my eyes, I walk over to the safe and turn the jeweled key in the slot. There came a spark of electricity and I heard a creaking. "Oh my god!" I turned around and saw a chest that popped open with a light gleaming out of it.
Alex walked over and we all joined him. He picks up the mystery item and inspects it in his hand.
"There's this whole coin inside the box. I'm wondering how much the coin's worth." ~ DeStorm, The Enforcer
"A small coin...in a tiny box. How interesting." ~ Justine, The Adventurer
"What is this- can you guys see this?" Alex asked, showing us the key. He passes it over to Joey, who tries to bring it closer to his eyes for inspection. Looking over everyone's shoulders, I see that an ominous fog began to form. Alex looks up as well and sees what I saw. "Oh whoa! Look at the- look at the fog." He marvels, walking closer to it.
"Alex don't!" Justine warns him, but he walks even closer. "Alex, I swear to GOD!" I yell at him as he opens the door. A screech came from outside and a feathery hand grabbed Alex's throat.
"Here we go...again!" ~ Y/n, The Model
