I haven’t drawn Ladynoir that many times so here we go !

Hi! Hello! I'm opening some emergency sketch commissions for a few days via KO-FI

Adrien turned the corner and stopped at a crossroad. 

There were only a few seconds left before the light would change to red.

He wasn't in a hurry. 

His father had always insisted on hurrying. He would've hated for Adrien to leisurely walk back home instead of taking a car.

A woman right beside him loudly gasped and pushed her cup of coffee into his hand. Then, she jumped onto the road and pulled an elderly man in a red Hawaiian shirt towards the sidewalk, saving him from being run over by a car but hitting Adrien’s arm in the process.

Her coffee cup wasn’t completely closed. Adrien realized it as soon as the warm liquid splashed all over his shirt and jacket, slowly dripping onto his pants.

“Are you sure you’re okay?” the woman—who didn’t seem to even notice Adrien’s existence—asked the elder for the third time.

“Yes, yes. Thank you, young lady.” The man smiled at her. “I owe you my life.”

“Don’t be ridiculous, sir,” she replied, her back still to Adrien. “You don’t owe me anything but, please, be careful next time.”

“I will.” The man nodded. “Have a good day, young lady. You too, young man.” He looked at him walking by, a glint of something Adrien couldn’t quite distinguish sparkling in his eyes. 

“Oh, my gosh! I’m so sorry!” The woman finally noticed him.

Her eyes were blue.

A very, very beautiful shade of sky blue.

“How long are you planning on doing this?”

Adrien shrugged, trying to get Nahida across the field on his screen as fast as possible. "I found out my father was one of the most wanted terrorists in France—who, may I mention, my now-estranged-because-of-him partner and I have been fighting for almost a decade—the same day I learned I’m not even human and my whole life was possibly one huge, fat lie. I’m allowed to be a bit depressed.”

"A bit? Yes." Félix picked up an empty convenience store food package off the floor and stashed it into a garbage bag. "But it's been over two months and you're still playing video games in your pyjamas all day long. At least come outside with me to get some real food."

“My father would’ve loved for me to eat ‘real food,’ ” Adrien replied, frowning. 

Another monster. 

How annoying. 

At least Nahida was as powerful as she looked cute and innocent. 

But perhaps he’d switch to Kazuha for this particular nuisance. 

“Aren’t you tired of instant noodles, chips, and soda?” Félix sighed, adding to his collection of recyclables in a trash bag. “Your metabolism is saving you now, but give it another month or two, and I wouldn’t be surprised if—”

“Marvelous!” Adrien smirked, switching to Kazuha. “My father would’ve hated for me to gain weight.”

“Chat Noir killed Gabriel Agreste!” “Gabriel Agreste and his assistant died in a car crash. Signs of cataclysm were found on the body of the great designer!” “Did Ladybug approve of the murder of Gabriel Agreste? Are citizens of Paris safe,  now that we have the first casualty of the so-called 'hero's team?"

Adrien groaned, throwing the TV remote to the side.

These so-called “news” broadcasts had been going on for a few days now. 

A load of bullshit, if you asked him.

Chat Noir did cataclysm that man.

But he was Hawkmoth at the time! 

And it happened months ago!

In that car, Chat Noir was foolishly trying to save him!Ladybug would've believed him, but he couldn't respond to any of her messages and calls. Just seeing her image on TV made it harder for him to resist. If he’d hear her voice, if he’d get closer to her even through text… What would happen then? His father's— Hawkmoth’s last wish was coursing through Adrien’s veins: it burned and crippled, it was taking over his thoughts, pushing him farther over the edge with every passing minute.
